Cool place

Cool place. I wish the could have more trails to ride at night. Go early on weekends, weekdays is the best time to go

This was the best skiing time I had in a long time

This was the best skiing time I had in a long time. Conditions were fantastic and the lines were the perfect wait time! I recently went to Big Bear for a day trip and was extremely disappointed at the crowd level and was so frustrated with the line situation, I left at 1PM. Not the case here. I was pleasantly surprised and got a great full day of skiing in. Staff was fantastic, welcoming and answered all my questions. I can’t wait to get back!!

Mountain High Resort used to be a great…

Mountain High Resort used to be a great place to ski/snowboard because of its location, great customer service and two mountains to play in.

Now-a-days the only thing good about Mtn High is its location. Customer service is terrible. I buy the points ticket, and one day my daughter and I were there, the power went out after lunch. They gave everyone a return voucher, except me. Reason being I am a points ticket holder. YES BUT I am still a paying customer; I drove all the way up there and I was not able to ride the lifts because of their power situation just like everyone else. So why am I not able to get a return voucher as well ? :/ VERY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I was very angry & dissatisfied that day !!! :/

The prices are going up as if the mountain is as good a Mammoth Mountain. Lift ticket price is $79 for adults. About $10 less than a lift ticket at Mammoth. SHAME on you MTN HIGH !!! :/

Another terrible thing, they've been doing is NOT OPENING the EAST Mountain. For the past few years the EAST mountain has been closed all season. This season 18/19 for only two weeks, the East Mountain was open but only on the weekends (friday-sunday). Very disappointing !!! I like to ride mid week and MOUNTAIN HIGH is forcing me to go to BIG BEAR instead.

I took my kids to BEAR MOUNTAIN for my daughter's birthday and they LOVED IT !!! My other daughter's birthday is coming up and looks like they all want to go to SNOW SUMMIT to celebrate.

The Skiing and Grooming Have Really Improved!

Everything on the mountain is great--except! The Pines BBQ food stand and Bullwinkle bar are horribly manned. They need more and more enthusiastic staff during peak hours. It is consistently bad with minimum 20 minute wait times. I have been going for years and they just can't get this right! C'mon guys!!@! No excuses!

Quick drive from the IE but limited lift options

A very nice and easy drive to get to resort from the Inland Empire. The lift operators were very friendly and helpful. Only 1 lift (lower lift) was open for most of the day and they eventually opened up the quad lift in the afternoon. Because of this, I felt like I didn't get my money's worth for my 8 hour pass. They were offering return vouchers if you weren't happy with the lift situation (if you returned within an hour of being on the slopes). However, I took a day off of work and would have felt that I wasted my day off by only going an hour on the slopes. Also, it would be helpful if they placed awnings at all building entrances (and longer overhead shelter at the ticket windows) to avoid people getting drenched from the melting snow. Overall, if you want to have a quick trip to go snowboarding Mtn High is a very convenient place to go to.

Nice Mountain, unsafe lifts, bad lines

In general we were very impressed with Mountain High. There is clearly a lot of thought going in to the place, runs were good. That said, a few criticisms: 1.The lines for tickets, rentals, repairs is untenable. Almost enough to make me not go back or to make sure I have arranged most in advance. I would not rent at the mountain again. 2. The point pass idea is great- why not have it be reloadable online? See note above- why would i wait in line to pick up a new one again? 3. The biggest reason we might not go back is because of the chairlifts with no safety bars. What the heck? We have a 10 year old with short legs who is dying to spend a day skiing with friends but we would never let them ride the life alone. All it takes is one punch in the arm when telling a joke and they could easily fall right off. Especially if you are sitting in a middle seat with nothing to grab. I can't understand how the company is not worried about the liability. Just doesn't seem at all worth it.

I have been coming here since i was 13 and im now 31 and there’s nothing like mountain high or what i call home. Its super close, everyones friendly and its actually affordable unlike big bear which has turned into a horrible overpriced place. Mountain high doesn’t charge you to park in there parking lot and people remember your name. Weather you’re a beginner or advanced mountain high has bunny slopes to black diamonds! Love u guys multiple season pass holder!!

Great instructors!

Great staff here! My husband and I had private lessons for skiing and snowboarding. I had a snowboarding lesson to improve my skills since I already knew the basics. Fox was my instructor and he was good at correcting my posture and really pushed me to achieve more. He gave great tips which I will apply it on my next snowboarding trip. Would highly recommend Fox!
