The hopper came as described but it’s very poor quality and definitely not worth the price tag. It’s basically made of 12mm plywood and thick tie wraps. It’s not sealed/treated on all sides so the slightest bit of moisture and it breaks. My 13 year old broke it in days. I would not recommend

I placed an order 10 days ago and got a confirmation email. After that, I did not receive any order tracking information, and I don't know where my order is now. This is really DISAPPOINTING !!

My son ordered a ramp after Xmas it did take a while have to admit but when arrived he was thrilled. Twice on the ramp it snapped but a replacement was sent out and my son is having a great time on it thank you.

Fantastic addition for maximising fun and enjoyment on the bikes! Both my lads love this product and find it really easy to use and well made.

Have purchased two hoppers from this company over the last 12 months (started with the intro and then added the lite). Both are excellent, and my boys love them. They also have fantastic customer service, helping to resolve an issue with one of the hoppers quickly, efficiently and without any fuss. I will be very happy to return and purchase more ramps in the future.

Just got the Lite ramp. Shipping took a bit, but definitely worth the wait. Solid build quality and makes it really easy to hit up new spots. Highly recommend.

Product arrived broken - one of the hitching points on the top deck was snapped clean off - reported a week ago on day of delivery, still no reply from their customer support.

It looks like it has been made from standard birch ply, and has very little surface protection from water - not sure this is the best product for uk weather.

Ordered our children’s main Christmas present on the 12th Dec. We’ve had no communication other than the order number. Absolute disgrace of a business. I own an online business with 6,000 trustpilot reviews at 5.0 stars. You should stop selling online until you have the stock, staff and ability to deliver!

TAX NOT INCLUDED!

Item paid for despatched within 1-2days then retained by Fedex for nearly one week. During which Fedex interrogated me for details the seller should of provided/attached to the parcel. Fedex then requested fees amounting to 50%+ to deliver an item that should already be covered (including tax) well below the £135 threshold.

Despite the website detail and lack of disclaimer for duties incurred when buying in the UK you may assume even buying in sterling that you are dealing with a domestic company. In fact what is more confusing (deceiving) they quote a VAT registration for the UK! Also UK bank account for transfers should you be daring enough to throw money away without credit card purchase protection!

So I’m still puzzled how a company like this operates! VAT registered but not including tax (although stated on the website)

Despite all the Brexit nonsense most companies have no issues in documentation or genuine prices including VAT as the sellers responsibility even up-to and beyond the £135 threshold.

I ordered ramps 10 days ago no communication not dispatched but took over £200 out of my bank I have emailed twice and put sent messages no reponse

Great customer service!
We bought an intro Hopper which i perfect to learn basic jumping.
Unfortunately we had a broken piece. When contacting the customer service, we had a very effective and quick reply and the piece was changed within a few days.

I bought Lil air ramp at Christmas for my grandson. He and his friends loved the ramp. The ramp got a lot of use. Unfortunately a few pieces broke on the ramp. I contacted the company to see if the parts were under warranty. The company asked for pictures so they could evaluate the broken pieces. Fortunately it was under the warranty and they replaced the parts at no cost to me. I would highly recommend this company. They are very professional and stand by their product. Our sincere thanks.

Great experience. Bought an Hoper some time and lost some parts. After contacting them they offered immediately to send a replacement at no cost. Great equipment also!

Bought MTB Hopper COACH ramp. Shipping was fast, no hidden fees or taxes (shipped to EU). Box came undamaged, assembly instructions inside and all as expected. Everything as shown and mentioned on website, no surprises.
Really happy with the product. Me and my friends are talking hopper ramp every weekend so far and practicing jumps, having fun and already noticed a progression. Not very heavy (around 15kg), but wouldnt like to ride with it on the back for long time, has wheels to move to another spot and seems like everyone could ride it.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered a MTB Pro which came quickly and was easy to put together. V solid jump. Teenagers used and one day attempted a backflip. Bike went circa 20 foot in air and landed on ramp, damaging part of it. Teenager ok. I contacted them asking if I could get a replacement part - they sent me a whole new jump! So v grateful, jump was not defective at all. So v kind and 1 loyal customer created. They look expensive but you get what you pay for!

The product is just phenomenal and has a perfect finishing. Fast shipment. A bought on Monday and received in Lisbon on Wednesday. All good.

Rapid delivery, awesome products.

However beware of import tax to the UK post Brexit. I was charged £98 for the Hopper Lite which cost £270.
