We also got scammed by this company, who also go by the name Winemar educational toys. Never responded to our emails, deleted my complaint off their social media and then blocked me. I am now contacting the bank. Fingers crossed I get out £45 pounds back 😞

Ordered last November a present for my child. After it didn't arrive on the estimated date I contacted them and was told that "our shipping company had a logistical problem" and that I "will have to wait 10 additional days". After 10 days, nothing! Since then I have tried to get in touch with them multiple times and never heard back from them again. Complete SCAM! Do not by from them!! Now I have disputed the charge with Lloyds bank and I'm waiting to hear from them.

I would give this company no stas if at all possible. I ordered a toy for Xmas in November 21.. still no sign of it, no communication, I have contacted them with no success or response. Do not order!

Absolutely no sign this gift is ever going to turn up. Emailed them about 5 times. Nothing. I have definitely been robbed. Asked for a refund repeatedly. So annoyed because I thought the toy looked excellent.

In the same situation as everyone else, brought an item start of December and not received it. No response when contacting company.

What can be done? This company is ripping people off . No response from ‘customer service” . I think I will write to consumer programme on TV. Is anyone with me? So cross 😡

Good news. My bank refunded the money! Paid on debit card and was unsure about refund but got it in 2 days!

DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! Same as everyone else on here - ordered end of November with plenty of time for Christmas - nothing has arrived - it also appears all my email confirmations have disappeared from my account!! SO STRANGE. Emailing them is a waste of time, ive never had a response. We need to do something about this - what can we do? they are just taking our money and deleting all evidence of an order!

Ordered 2 months and ago and still not received anything. Tracker says delivered. Customer services stopped replying to any messages.

As others I made an order at the end of November and not received the toy. On SHOP it says shipped but that is it. No response to my emails. I will be asking for a refund but not holding my breath

Ordered toy on 2nd December. Still hasn’t arrived. I can’t get any reply from customer services. Also find the same toy much cheaper on other sites since I placed the order.

I purchased a toy for my daughter’s Christmas on the 2nd of December. I checked the website to ensure it was legitimate. It stated it was based in the UK with UK based stock. I still haven’t received my item, it’s the 22nd of December. Shipping information is in Chinese. I have repeatedly contacted customer services who have not been helpful. Have now contacted them requesting a refund. There was no mention of extended shipping duration at checkout. I have not heard back from the last few messages I have sent.

I purchased one product last night online. After I purchased it, a popup said the same product was £6 cheaper, so I clicked on this to see why and without any request of confirmation, and consent or further input of card details, I unintentionally added a second one of the exact same product to my order.

I got in touch immediately to say I wished to cancel , however I've just received an email saying that they have both been dispatched.
The style of setup on their website is deliberately designed to trip up unwitting innocent consumers.

I'm still waiting for any form of response from them but I strongly suspect here wont be one and I've just been scammed.
