Professional and Outstanding Customer Service
I wanted to take a moment to leave feedback following my recent experience, particularly regarding the support I received from Laurenco, the workshop manager.
After initially raising several concerns with the repair work on my vehicle, Laurenco personally took ownership of the situation and was extremely quick to respond. He arranged an inspection promptly, clearly acknowledged the issues, and ensured everything was addressed without delay.
What really stood out was the way he went above and beyond to make things right. He communicated clearly, followed through on everything he promised, and made what could have been a frustrating experience feel straightforward and well-managed.
The vehicle has now been returned in the condition I expected, and I’m genuinely appreciative of the effort taken to resolve everything properly.
It’s often said that the true measure of a company is not when things go right, but how they respond when things go wrong. In this case, Laurenco demonstrated exactly what good customer service looks like and reflected very positively on the business.

Fantastic from start to finish
Fantastic from start to finish. Customer service was outstanding really lovely friendly and polite staff all round. The gentleman who booked my car in and dropped it back to me was great really thorough and professional. The work done on my car is to the highest standard. Really quick turnaround too I was expecting to be without my car for up to 2 weeks or more was completed in just under a week. Something that was caused by someone else (them driving into the back of me) and inconvenienced me was made a lot easier by the great customer service the great work and the speediness of the repair. I highly recommend MSC for high quality, low stress repairs.

Positive experience and would recommend
My vehicle had deep scratches on the paintwork that needed correcting. Vehicle was collected on a Tuesday morning by a very polite driver and was taken away for repair. On completion payment was taken over the phone and the vehicle was returned looking like new the following week, Thursday.
Constructive feedback: I was told I’d get an update on the work being done and a rough timeline but received neither. Other than that, everything was spot on! Thank you.
