Richard always manages to get to us quickly when we have a minor crisis, in spite of being so busy. He always lets us know his ETA and always meets it. He has installed and serviced our new boiler and his work is always efficient and effective; we appreciate his justifiably confident manner and the great advice he freely gives us. We are extremely fortunate to have found him!

Turned up on time. Sorted out service of boiler and Aga with no fuss. Excellent service as always.

Just had Richard out to sort a problem with our aga. He identified the fault over the phone and came quickly and sorted the problem. Having also had an oil boiler fitted by Richard last year I highly recommend MS Boilers to anyone. They absolutely know their stuff and get on with the job with no fuss.

I was lucky enough to have MS Cookers and Boilers recommended to me and when I phoned and spoke to Connie to ask about repairing our Aga, I immediately felt confident that this was a good, totally professional company. Come the day for repair and Richard arrived at the arranged time and he and new apprentice Ben, who I am sure will be a great addition to the team, quickly got to work. They worked tidily and efficiently and the job I imagined was going to take all day was neatly wrapped up by lunchtime. The Aga was re-lit and they left me thinking “what a pleasant experience.”
This is a company which I would, and do, unhesitatingly recommend.

Richard from MS Cookers and Boilers arrived on time. I had already had a text saying that he would be arriving in 30 minutes. (Connie who was the office contact was polite and helpful throughout.) He put a dust sheet down and was careful not to make a mess. He had an apprentice with him who was polite and helpful. When he diagnosed that the AGA needed a new part he explained why this was necessary. We will be booking Richard again next year to service the AGA.

MS came out for a boiler service, ended up being more complex due to noises from the boiler - MS gave options, advice, and explained everything along the way, answering all my questions. Cheers!

Richard is worth his weight in gold. Just called for what essentially I should have been able to resolve myself as my boiler just need resetting. As always he was so polite and helpful giving clear instructions and waiting in the phone until it was sorted. Thank you once again.

Richard arrived on the day agreed starting promptly at 8am, Sapphire oil boiler has been fitted with very up to date controls which also integrate the underfloor heating, very neat workmanship and a specialist knowledge, all questions answered,
