Great service. Martin & Craig provided A* job - installation of new boiler/flue and even had the time to fit new external gas pipe. Brilliant job from start to finish. Would highly recommend! You won't be disappointed.

Martin & Craig are top blokes.
They arrived promptly and grafted like mad to get the job done.
They give you straight forward answers to any questions.
Craig even had time to do some dog rescueing,my dog had escaped while door was open and I hadn’t noticed,Craig whilst on the roof noticed her,came down from the roof and brought her back.How about that for above & beyond.
I am very pleased with the service I received and would 100% recommend MSC to anybody.
There are still good honest tradespeople out there and MSC fall into this category.

The guys were great for the entire process. Quoted very promptly and completed the job all in a day. Very happy with my new Worcester Combi. They worked none stop all day and re-located the boiler also. Very happy with the service and would definitely use these lads again.

Clean, tidy, punctual and respectful of my property when working. Did an really good job of installing a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler and removing the old Baxi. No mess left and all done in a day. Very accommodating and helpful throughout the process.

I have to say what a calming, professional pair of gentlemen....they installed a new boiler for me in Oxford....I was a bit sceptical at the beginning because of the price thinking there must be hidden extras....there were none. I reviewed past comments on the Business and also the reviews on the boiler...all were wonderful and I totally agree....
I have no hesitation in recommending this company for their knowledge and workmanship. Their handover after installation was great...they went through all the settings and were happy to set everything up before they left....I had to register the guarantee with Heatline myself which I did the next day...the customer service line was very helpful and offered me a fully covered warranty for all parts and labour for 3 years for only £10 a month which includes a annual service. Well done chaps....heat, hot water and very happy...!!!!!

MSC Heating recently upgraded my central heating system with a new boiler and radiators. Received useful advice prior to installation of our boiler that saved us a considerable amount of money compared to other companies. I scored a 5 star for their service which was reliable, exactly as agreed at time of placing order and competitively priced. The engineers arrived on time with a professional and courteous approach. My house was left clean and tidy after a day work. I also appreciated the guidance given by the engineers when choosing the type of upgrade required. The engineers were very punctual, hardworking and explained all the new functionalities of the controls in detail. I have to say this company kept to all time scales and the quote was spot on..
