Martin and team installed a heat pump for us and we found the whole process a great experience. Martin helped with applying for the grant, ordered and installed all new radiators for our home and had the water tank ready in a day and heat pump up and running in a matter of days. We are really happy with the heat pump and would highly recommend MSC heating.

Martin and Jamie did a fantastic job of installing a Samsung ASHP, as well as a water cylinder and radiators. They worked extra hours to ensure the job got done and were pleasant to chat to. The installation job was professional and I'm very happy with the final result. They were both very knowledgable and were willing to talk me through how things worked and why they were doing certain things. They also both have ASHP themselves which is great because you know they are invested in the technology and have first hand experience with it.

We have been impressed with MSC Heating's service from day 1. Installing the ASHP was part of a project involving other work and there were many delays in the planning process. Martin's support was invaluable in the planning and in the official paperwork. There was a hiccup on the part of firm delivering the equipment which Martin resolved quickly and efficiently. From our point of view the actual installation went like a dream, the guys worked hard, explained what they were doing, provided guidance and advice and left the site clean and tidy. We are very pleased both with the ASHP and the service provided and do not hesitate to recommend them to others

We chose Martin to install our heat pump as he has over 10 years of experience in doing these installations. He fitted us a Samsung ASHP and we are happy with his work, no problems so far. He did good quality work and was on time, polite, and completed the paperwork promptly.

Martin installed a Samsung heat pump and new water tank as part of a house renovation at the end of 2022 and provided a professional service throughout. One year later and everything is still running smoothly and efficiently.
Throughout the whole process from initial consultation to the final installation, Martin and team provided a high level of service and showed their expertise, providing advice on the best method of installation, helping with all the regulatory paperwork and warranties, and linking us in with other contractors to help with the heat loss survey and external installation (when it transpired we needed a 5 metre tunnel digging under the garden!). He also worked collaboratively with our building contractor to assist with installation alongisde the underfloor heating system, even though that wasn't his job (though in hindsight he was better placed and had more expertise in this area so given the opportunity again we would have arranged for him to do the UHF too). Martin is extremely knowledgeable in his area of expertise, is reasonable priced but also clearly a very in-demand person, but he was always there on-site when he said he would be, was responsive and flexible to our schedule, and never failed to turn up

Martin & Jamie did a great air source heat pump installation for us. They were lovely to have around and worked long days to get everything completed. We felt very confident that they were doing a good job and their years of experience really showed. They have heat pumps in their own homes too, so they are genuinely committed to the technology! The whole operation was seamless with the electrician (Lee Hodgson) following on immediately after the pump and rads were installed. Martin was great at communicating and when the new BUS was announced, did his best to minimise any delays. We would wholeheartedly recommend Martin without hesitation.

Martin and his team are full of enthusiasm about what they do. From the initial quote through the installation procedure to the commissioning, they were excellent. They supplied and fitted a Samsung heat pump for us and did a brilliant job. Recommended products work well with long guarantees. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Martin and Jamie did an excellent job installing our air source heat pump and radiators including some tricky rerouting of pipe work so that we no longer had radiators fed from pipes buried in the floor. Martin was very helpful discussing the job beforehand and it was all completed efficiently and quicker than we expected.

I have been in the construction industry for 30 years and have never seen such a nice job done . The pipe work was a work of art , friendly and helpful service also . Five stars

Martin undertook a super-complex job for me installing a GSHP to work in a hybrid system alongside my gas boiler. I am very happy with the result. Martin has stuck at it to help get this right and I really appreciate his efforts. He and Jamie at very friendly and approachable.

Craig from MSC came to sort a rumbling/shudder sound coming from my boiler March 2023.
He spent an hour checking the issue, cleaning boiler parts etc.

Thank you for your professional and impartial advice on what we considered a complicated installation. Ultimately we decided on a ground source system connected to a plant room external to the property. Martin worked with plumbers and electricians to ensure we had a seamless installation and commissioning of the system.

This guy saved our project from getting severely delayed by stepping in at the eleventh hour after another company had tried to hold us over a barrel - this after messing us around for a long time.

Martin has just finished the installation of a GSHP for me. From the outset it was clear that he was experienced and knowledgeable with this technology .From the basic outline to the completed , detailed plan and quote he was a pleasure to deal with he recommended the drill engineer whom was equally helpful and efficient and also the EPC accessor.
What really impressed me was the standard of his work , the plant room is a work of art !.Not surprisingly , the system all works well and exceeds expectations , just need another project to engage MSC again 1

Martin fitted our ASHP and underfloor heating, very competent and professionally carried out, he also helped with our RHI application, and has subsequently answered any questions or queries we have had, 1st rate supplier.
