Batteries
Order was pretty easy, and I received what I ordered. It took several days to arrive. Orders from a couple other vendors are usually received the next business day, or the following day occasionally.

Shipping from multiple warehouses may cause receiving errors
Everything showed up and it was packaged well. 4 stars for the labeling because only one box had the order number for the receiving system and it was labeled as 1 of 1, and it was difficult to find the other box since it only had the recipients name without the order number. so it was received as a separate order and put aside since it didn't have a corresponding order number. I believe this is because the order came from 2 different warehouses so each box was technically 1 of 1.

Good availability but need to monitor pricing
Product selection, availability, and service (VMI) are good. Some items the pricing has been way out of line for spot buys from the online catalog. Should not have to verify that we are getting the best price for every item purchased.
