I can’t even give them one star but I did. Delivery took almost a month and they made it sound like it’s coming from United States. It came from China. The lenses don’t even fit for my Oakley Gibston XL. I emailed them and they asked me to send photos of my original lens as well as the ear piece showing the model of the frames. Then they sent repeated requests like if I never sent it. I contacted my credit card company and they gave me a conditional credit for now. I just got another email from the company apologizing for their confusing directions and for not answering the phone calls since they are in another time zone. Hello it’s a Los Angeles number. Do not buy from this horrible company.
Order prescription lens and first these took 5 weeks to be delivered, 3 weeks after maximum date advertised, when they arrived they are not even close to my prescription I can see a thing through them. Raised this with them and they tried to blame me for suppling the wrong prescription. This was checked and what I entered was correct and the only solution was for me to order another pair? But with a discount. Avoid this site at all cost.
The store advertises a return policy, but returning a product I purchased has been a complete hassle. The support team is inefficient and ends up wasting your time. I will not shop at this store again.
I bought a pair of replacement prescription lenses for my son's Oakley frames. They did not fit my son's frame well and caused it to "warp" due to lenses not fitting correctly (made in China and shipped from China). So the frame now has one side higher than the other. I asked to use the one-year warranty to correct the issue and sent all the photos and videos needed to show them what the lenses were doing. I even went to an Oakley shop to make sure the lenses were put in properly...still not a good fit. MRY offered a 10% partial refund vs providing a fix to the problem. Then I told them I was going to give them a not so good review and got at 20% discount of a new pair of lenses. So don't listen to the good reviews out there. These lenses are trash from China and they do not back up their one year warranty!!!!
I am writing this to warn others about the poor business practices of this company. I received a pair of lenses that were manufactured incorrectly, making them unusable. I followed every step of their dispute process, including having the lenses verified against the prescription by my optometrist. However, the company still refuses to remanufacture the lenses or issue a full refund. After 30 days of back-and-forth, the issue remains unresolved. Their refusal to stand by their product is a major red flag.
Received items, well packaged, but took a month to receive and lenses only lasted 2 months. Disappointing. They did reply to me warranty claim but only offered discount on new set. Would not recoment
They are based in China and returning an item would cost you more than the item. Product quality is very poor. Don’t shop with them. You will waste your money!
VERY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. RECEIVED LENSES AND THEY ARE WAY TOO THICK FOR THE FRAME. EMAILED NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY FOR THEM TO ASSUME ITS MY FAULT. PICTURES AND FRAME NUMBER GIVEN TO THEM. I DID NOT AT FIRST ASK FOR A REFUND JUST LENSES THAT FIT MY FRAME. 150.00 FOR LENSES I CANT USE . AND NO ONE GETS BACK WITH YOU TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I WILL BE REPORTING TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND EVERYONE ELSE I THINK NEEDS TOO KNOW I AM ALSO CONTACTING MY BANK TO DISPUTE THIS CHARGE. THIS IS FRAUD AND TOO SAY THE LEAST THEFT.
Finnaly got my 2nd order after i received my 1st order which was the lenses are massively tick and rough cutted
For the 2nd, I order thin lenses... i received the package after 6 weeks after little 'drama' in the shipment process
This time, i got the much much better lenses...tidy and smooth cutted and much2 thinner lenses than the previous one..but a bit trouble in fitment to the frame
The MryLens were too large for my Ray-Ban Wayfarer frames. They shipped me another set of lens, which also didn't fit. Although customer service was cordial, MryLens refused to refund me until I contested the charge with my credit card company. It took 8 email exchanges with customer service to finally resolve the situation.
Put in my order on October 31st. After waiting I asked them to cancel the order on November 27th and they refused. Their own policy says you can cancel orders before they ship but they'll just ignore that.
Paypal refuses to help me since its a custom item. They stole $108 from me. Horrible company that won't follow their own policies listed on the website. Avoid at all costs.
Really dishonest company… 2 months to ship and they sent me prescription lenses for my Rayban glasses that were way too thick and you could barely see thru them. Cheap plastic! Customer service won’t help… they don’t say it on the website but they are based in china!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM unless you want to lose your money.
This is a Chinese scam website. Save your money! They sent me a tracking number and nothing ever showed up. This is a typical Chinese scam.
Lenses are too small and customer services just ignore your email
I paid for my order 6 weeks ago and they haven’t shipped and have stopped communicating. I believe it’s a scam and do not recommend purchasing from this website
It seemed like a scam, but finally order has arrived. It took a while to clarify what I need, although it was clearly stated in my order. Shipment took about a month…😢
Chineese support and origin, product is accetable, although not easy to change lenses in my Wayfarer Meta Rayban probably due to slight size problem.
My Oakley glasses are now usable. Thank you Mrylens. I am satisfied with my purchase.
I ordered replacement prescription lenses on 22 Sept. Then I waited.... and waited. Eventually I chased to see why they had not met their promised 10 day delivery deadline.
They responded that the lenses were only put into production on the 30th Sept! No apology and just told to wait until they were dispatched. So I waited....
Chased again and asked for a refund. They told me no refund and still no apology. So I instructed that I would be cancelling via the credit card company for non-fulfilment of the contract. No apology. Just that I would be hearing by the end of today from their manager. Unbelievable.
Appalling service, no ownership of the issue and no apologies for failing to fulfill the contract or deliver the lenses. Beyond poor. It seems like bots answer their emails.
Update. Received this morning. This is now excuse number…… I’ve lost count.
“Hi,We apologize for the inconvenience. Due to production delays during the National Day holiday, we have marked your order for priority processing.”
Reminder. Ordered on 22 Sept with a 10 day turnaround promised. We are now on Oct 14.
