MrWinterWheels.co.uk Reviews

Delivery time as promised. No problems. Just need some snow to test them.

Before purchasing my wheels I emailed them with some questions and they replied the next day. I contacted them on the phone and spoke to Steve who answered further questions and was more than helpful. Placed my order & received the wheels the following working day. I haven't actually fitted my wheels yet [long story] but I have no doubt if there are any issues they will help me out. First rate and 5 stars.

Easy to use web site, delivered on time deffinately use again

Great service. The wheels and tyres were delivered the next day. They explained the best way to get the right deal, including an Amazon voucher.
Packaged well
All in all- a great service

Wheels and winter tyres were delivered within a few days and to the schedule as advised by Mr. WW. Alloys are first class quality and fitted my Golf without any problems. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. WinterWheels.

When I first contacted mr winter wheels by phone on a bank holiday instead of the recorded voice telling me nobody was available to take my call, it told me I was either first or second in a queue, and never reached the front, after waiting approx twenty minutes I gave up and phoned the next day. I got thro straight away the next day,and was glad I didn't give up after the day before, both the service from the staff, and the wheels and tyres I ordered were excellent and would certainly recommend this company again.

Very helpful and knowledgeable advice and support on the phone prior to ordering, followed by a prompt and efficient delivery.

Great products, knowledgeable staff, and prompt service.

Ordered black 18" wheels for my 4 series BMW. Wheels are beautiful and came perfectly packaged, balanced and ready to fit. You should be aware that the wheel nuts supplied and lead balances fitted are silver.
Overall delighted

Straight forward no hassles what more can you ask for!

Found wheels and tyres combination I wanted. Spoke with technical rep at MrWinterwheels to check sizing, suitability for my car etc and then ordered on line. All very smooth and polite so far. But the delivery company did not deliver on the specific day agreed and then had to leave the tyres behind a shed as we were out. They were well wrapped and concealed from view so luckily no problem. Delivery is reason for knocking off 1 star.

I was uncertain of exactly what would work best so I rang before ordering. I received plenty of helpful information to assist me in making my decision.
The price was excellent, delivery was prompt, arriving next day. I'm very happy with the wheels and tyres that I purchased.
First class, couldn't ask for better.

Tyres arrived when required. Excellent service. Would happily use again and recommend to others.

Ordered and paid for Alloy Wheel and Continental Tyre combination Online.
Received prompt Email confirmation.
Following day received phone call from very professional and knowledgeable lady, confirmed order and saved me money by replacing the unnecessary special valves that I believed my car required and had ordered.
Received my order next day. Very well packaged and prompt delivery.
The winter Alloys 205,60R16 look great, even compared to my Summer 235,35R19 which they replaced. Added safety without spoiling the look of my car.
Fitted myself without any issues, the drive is exceptional, my BMW feels very stable in the wet, and I will be a little happier should I get caught out and about if we suffer some snow.
Thank you Mr Winter Wheels.
I would recommend to my family, friends, and work colleagues.
UPDATE - The handling was exceptional when we were hit by the snow, I negotiated many hills and passed many 4x4 and other vehicles that had been abandoned and allowed me to undertake the journeys I could not avoid.

Requested some winter tyres, fitted to steel wheels rather than their more usual alloys that they stock. I gave them the dimensions required, and mentioned the car they were for.

The got the steel wheels from Germany, had the tyres fitted and delivered to me in under a week. Little did I realise that they were original manufacturer steel wheels that I was getting! Incredibly surprised! Pleased to a see a company than still does things properly!

Ordering process was nice and easy, hardest part was deciding on the combination or wheels and tyres.
The delivery arrived nicely packaged up with everything securely fastened.
The wheels and tyres were duly fitted and they look the part. Balance seems to be ok and the pressures ok too.

Prior to purchasing I made phone contact seeking further advice regarding wheel offset etc. received excellent advice and guided through the purchase. Upon receiving my order I had one more question regarding fitting once again it was explained in a friendly and professional way. would purchase my future wheels from this supplier without any hesitation.

They came a day late but very pleased with the quality of the wheels and tyres. Have already tested them on a trip to Austria and back and they performed well.

Hi, not used this company before, y first Winter tyres & wheels, really excellent service, courier called ahead and gave me a hand to unload and the wheels/tyres were excellent quality as well as the cheapest around. Very good indeed will use them for my wife's set of winters too.

Bought 4 steel wheels with Dunlop Winter sport tyres for my Merc C class. Asked a couple of questions online first - very quick response answering the question impeccably. Wheels and tyres delivered next working day, even coming with details of what wheel nuts would be required - new or existing. Fantastic service and at a fantastic price.
