Really good, shipping was fine product was fine plus very easy to use website

Buying tyres is hardly a thrill but mrwinterwheels made it a straightforward process. Easy and informative website, helpful staff, competitive pricing, timely delivery. All in all excellent experience I would recommend.

Mr Winter tyres in my opinion fully deserve 100% rating; we bought winters mounted on alloy rims. The original order was placed and then I realised that there was a black Friday event about to take place. Mr Winter tyres cancelled and then resubmitted the order which was £50 cheaper; this was re-allocated into the wife's prosecco fund. They came within 7 days although the web site led me to believe next day delivery. After an inquiry it turned out the alloy rims were out of stock at the time of order.
When they arrived the packaging ensured that no damage had taken place during transit. Being male, i decided to immediately fit them without looking at any advice that had been provided, and then binned the evidence. After careful feedback from my wife, WE then decided to consult with Mr Winter tyres as to proper fitting. As it turns out there were shims/spacers that were supplied and required fitting, in addition there were instructions that allegedly I never binned which indicated if the old or the newly supplied lug nuts should be fitted {different rim and tyre radius}.
After a couple of E-mails,, Mr winter tyres not only properly advised, but also E-mailed back to us the instruction’s that my wife had binned, all in all an excellent service which in my opinion was also a reasonable package price.

Good price, quick delivery, the Autec alloys and Dunlop tyres look great on our Audi A3 Quattro TDI.
The Dunlop winter tyres on 16” wheels have made the A3 quieter and smoother on the road. They replaced the original equipment Pirelli summer tyres on 17” rims.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that a couple of the balance weights fell off before I got to fit the new wheels. However, the wheels run fine without any evidence of balance problems.

Nothing wrong with the wheels when they finally arrived but you need to address carrier issues. I was given 3 different times and days by dhl all of them no shows.

Totally stress free experience would recommend this company if you want winter tyres
