Mixed experience, but overall doubtful of the seller hence the very poor rating. First purchase in 2022 was just fine. Product well-priced and delivered as expected. Second purchase from May 2025 never materialised after just over one year (at the time of writing this review); in spite of numerous emails to customer service, no refund has been issued. I'm not going to be purchasing again.

Fake company. Scam. Bad experience with them. Sounds like trusted providers, but don't believe them.

Based on my experience, this company's operation feels entirely like a scam. They never delivered the glasses I ordered in May 2025, and every attempt to get a refund has been met with the same empty excuse that it’s “with their accounts team.” After months of going in circles, I personally would warn others to be extremely cautious when dealing with this company.

I purchased a pair of sunglasses more than 5 months ago but they didn’t send them or gave me a refund!!
Please be careful and don’t order nothing from them, you won’t get your order or your money back!!!

Terrible company. Complete scam. Our glasses never came. Paid nearly £100. Tried communicating with them numerous times, they did reply to start with but lied to us, told us they were opening a non delivery query with the courier but have not had replies to last 2 emails. This has taken 8 months! We have had to give up hope of a refund or the glasses arriving. They stole our money! Don't deal with this company.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order in April and paid £95 for a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. The company kept telling me they were delayed so I eventually cancelled the order. I am still waiting for a refund, which the agreed to, for over a month. Total scam of a company. Do not buy here!!!

This company is a scam, trust me automated email responses plus this on guy RAMON is externally useless, just false promises all the time. Admin don’t even exist, I hope this company will burn down to the ground. Scammers at its best!

They scam people. I made my order in march and it didnt come. To this day they will have not send my product or a refund. Please contact the real brand whos glasses you bought and inform them that MR Sunglasses use their product to scam people also contact your bank to get them on a blacklist.

Worst company ever. Stay clear. Day light robbers. Paid for sunglasses which never arrived, sent multiple emails. No sign of any refunds. Am proceeding with legal action.

Ordered a pair of sunglasses that never arrived. They provided no updates and didn't flag any issues. When I contacted them, they claimed it was due to a manufacturing delay. After a couple of months, my order still wasn't delivered and I asked for a refund. They claimed that their payment system can't handle refunds and didn't provide one. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, they just keep replaying with the same message over and over when you ask them questions or challenge them.

DO NOT order from this “company”. My glasses never arrived.

Ordered and paid for sunglasses and they never came. Emailed and they kept saying they would deal with it but never did.

This is a fraud website, request your money from the card provider directly using your bank to raise a dispute form on them to return your money, two months and they never refund the money

Mr Sunglass is a fraudulent site. I wish I had checked with other reviewers first. Mine was the same story. Take order, take money, never send product, never refund and get repeated answers from "customer service" as follows:
"Hello . I forward your request to the administration area, although it has already been notified on several occasions. Sincerely, RAmón"
This was a month by month response since Sept, '24.
Perhaps others actually did get the product sent, but there are many, many reviews across multiple sites that they conduct fraud regularly. Do yourself a favor and heed the warnings!

I canceled one day after the purchase. They never refunded me and answer my emails like i am an idiot.

Scammers refuse to help I received a pair of glasses I bought and immediately they did not fit I’m not sure they where genuine I immediately sent them back following their instructions tracked which cost me £15 postage as they appear to be in Spain I gave them the tracking I then checked the tracking and the post said nobody answered to receive and left a card to rearrange delivery.
I contacted mr sunglasses who said they would not rearrange delivery return to themselves and said they didn’t see postman but acknowledged they had note for redelivery but refused to contact the post from their side and then said that if the post was not delivered in two days they would not have to refund me .
In other words they deliberately refused to rearrange delivery so they wouldn’t have to refund me and refused to help in any way .
I lost my money as they will not refund me and I have no glasses total scammers ! Don’t buy from them

I ordered a pair of glasses for 287 Euro in the beginning of july. They immediately charged my Credit Card. After exchanging several emails, I still have received nothing.

THIS IS A 100% FRAUDULOUS COMPANY

Ich habe am 27.05.2024 ein Brillengestell für 193 € bei Mr. Sunglass bestellt und den Betrag sofort bezahlt. Seitdem warte ich vergeblich auf meine Bestellung. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wird mir, wenn überhaupt, nur versprochen, dass der Artikel "in den nächsten Tagen" versendet wird. Leider ist bis heute nichts angekommen.

Seit sechs Wochen fordere ich nun eine umgehende Stornierung und Rücküberweisung des Geldes, aber Mr. Sunglass kommt dieser Forderung einfach nicht nach. Es ist unglaublich frustrierend und wirkt wie eine bewusste Abzocke.

Ich kann nur dringend abraten, bei diesem Händler zu bestellen. Wenn es möglich wäre, würde ich null Sterne vergeben, aber leider muss man mindestens einen Stern vergeben. Finger weg von Mr. Sunglass!

I placed an order for a pair of glasses on 27/05/2024 with Mr. Sunglass for €193 and paid immediately. Since then, I have been waiting in vain for my order to arrive. Despite multiple inquiries, I have only been met with vague promises that the item will be shipped "in the next few days." Unfortunately, nothing has arrived to date.

For the past six weeks, I have been demanding an immediate cancellation and refund, but Mr. Sunglass has not complied with this request. It's incredibly frustrating and feels like a deliberate scam.

I can only strongly advise against ordering from this vendor. If I could, I would give zero stars, but unfortunately, you have to give at least one star. Stay away from Mr. Sunglass!
