Absolutely enjoy every box
Absolutely enjoy every subscription box! Get so excited when I receive the email each month to say it’s on its way. Have made two quilts for my granddaughters and I was a complete novice. Love the free patterns I received when first setting up my subscription. Also if I have a question it is always answered really quickly.

I made my first order. I realized after sending in the order, my old address was still listed from my payment app. I immediately went to the chat on their site. The chat was not able to help. However, it created a ticket for their service department. Shortly thereafter I received an email letting me know the address had been changed. Can't beat customer service like that!

They were willing to find the item I had seen on one or more emails. I was so pleased to get the pattern for a cat. I did not have a pattern number but they figured it out. There are not many cat patterns with cats with no front legs. Really anxious to start this project. Again thank you for finding this special kitty.

I tried one of their boxes and it was horrible!
I tried one of their boxes and it was crap! First you get a really cheap square ruler and some thread holders, all cheaply made. The fabric is like what you would get from Walmart, not high quality at all and ugly! But the worst thing is that the cutting directions are wrong. I spent ages cutting the pieces for a quilt block pattern in the box. I went to put it together and it's all wrong! I followed the directions and used the measurements provided so it wasn't me. This irritated me so much, all that work for nothing. And it made me not trust the other projects, I'm not going to waste all that time for nothing. I cancelled my subscription. For the same price I can get the Sew Sampler box from Fat Quarter Shop which is very high quality and much better. The Mrs. Quilty boxes are cheap and poorly made and managed. I do not recommend them at all!
