Easy website. fast shipping. good products

I've been doing business with MrSnuff for almost two years now and my orders have always come in a timely manner. The orders are fulfilled correctly, with nothing missing or in error. Another great quality about MrSnuff is when I have inquired about something, the response is very prompt and helpful. The old website seemed to be more intuitive and was easier to navigate than the new one. I hope that an effort is made to improve on that soon. Also, it's with great disappointment that only occasionally, an item I'm wishing to purchase is sold out. I'm hoping that this can be improved on as well. The criticisms are minor and I struggled to come up with a few because overall, doing business with MrSnuff has been wonderful and it truly is great to be able to buy snuffs that aren't available in the U.S.

Delivered ahead of schduled delivery to U.S. Bonus points: 2 extra unordered containers of snuff added to delivery package. Not quite sure what the "extra" snuffs are, but gladly accepted!

Years of outstanding service and many orders! They have never let me down and always provide prompt, friendly service. I have grown to really appreciate mrsnuff and enjoy their excellent staff as well. 5 stars.

I’d give 0 starts if I could, I had emailed 3 times within 11 days, no response. Then my order was cancelled. I asked why, still no response. These People are either understaffed or just lazy and unprofessional

Placed order. Received tracking. Nothing ever arrived. After multiple afftempts they finally responded saying it was "returned by customs". Then offered me my money back -shipping as in store credit. I will be fighting for my entire refund from them. Stay away

Bogus tracking numbers says my goods were never posted. Stay away from these scammers, I am a South African on holiday

do they even ship to eu anymore? two order is and second one seem stuck to. id keep to Toque if you want snuff in Europe. sad thou, no one should have monopoly on a market.
and id love to try the snuff they carry, im fine paying 100% import taxes and stuff, i just want to have access to what i want.

EU is absolutely turning worse, cutting of accesabilty to smokeless tobacco. keep doing this without giving something will turn sour quick.

I recently had a disappointing experience with mrsnuff.co.uk that I feel compelled to share. In a nutshell, this service has shown a complete lack of customer service, leading me to question whether it's nothing more than a rip-off or even a scam. I placed an order on Tuesday, with 1st class postage, which, according to their website, should take no more than 2 to a maximum of 3 working days for delivery. However, a day after placing the order, I was taken aback to discover that it hadn't been fulfilled. My first instinct was to contact their customer service to seek assistance and clarification. This is where the nightmare truly began. I attempted to reach out to mrsnuff.co.uk via email, expecting a prompt and helpful response. Regrettably, I received nothing of the sort. Days went by without any communication, and when I finally did receive a response, it was akin to receiving a pre-written bot message. It contained no meaningful advice or assistance and only served to exacerbate my frustration. And after 2 days my account on their website showed that the order had been marked as "fulfilled." However, this status was entirely misleading because it had been over 7 days since my order, and I still had not received it. This discrepancy between the website's status and the actual delivery status raised serious doubts about the credibility of mrsnuff.co.uk.

Second time not delivered. First time offered resend or refund. I did asked for sending again. Received after 2 weeks (from UK to Ireland) very long. Second time nothing offered nothing received. I have contacted with Solicitor. And I will open case next week. Not big money but I will not leave it without my money back.

This company is great and fast delivery they once git my order wrong and within a week they replaced it no charge. If you live in europe and like to dip this is the company to get it from.

All was well till this year, not sure if it’s under new management because nothing gets shipped after buying. Follow ups also you still don’t receive anything
