I emailed on the 19th of March regarding a pair of custom air force 1s they had on sale in only a size 7.
I was told if I ordered on the 20th of March I would receive within 2-4 days as they have them in stock ready to go.
Nearly 3 weeks later they have turned up and here are the issues upon opening the box.
1-I ordered them with black custom writing,they came baby blue.
2-I ordered the size 7,they came size 8.
3-the custom parts are just stuck on,not cut to the correct size of the gaps and hanging off everywhere.
4-they have cut the stitching around the ticks to be able to add the custom print but the Nike ticks are all hanging off and not been stuck down or restocked.
I have never had reason to write a review before but please do not!DO NOT order from this company.
It is certain that you will be so disappointed.
Save yourself from the trouble and stress and go with perhaps a more expensive but better company.
These should not be in buisness.
Stop them making money from scamming people.

Allmost 3 month now and still not hot my shoes and no reply from the site any more

SCAM - I saw this account thinking it would be a legit company as it seems they have worked with quite big company's like GDK and PRIME - I don't believe this company is real, they are just copywriting other businesses content and posting it as their own on their page. there is not much posted about actuall customers shoes she's done for people nor many positive reviews and upon reflection all seem similar and fake. I sent her my B22 Dior shoes in October for restoration - I contacted them 1 month after sending my shoes asking when I would be receiving my shoes back and she ignored me I messaged every day for the month - still no reply - finally at beginning of January I get reply stating that "you'll get your shoes bro chill" - I replied saying if they aren't sent in a week I'm making a police report - within the week I received my shoes back but IN WORSE CONDITION THAN BEFORE! it seems like they have made a small incision out of spite on the bottoms and sides of one shoe. I'm absolutely heartbroken as this was a gift I was giving to my daughter. They also STANK of some kind of smoke.

Spent nearly 300 pounds on a pair of custom air forces to eventually have them arrive stinking of cannabis and the exterior covered in dog hairs!!!! I took a quick look inside the shoe thinking it can't get any worse. I was wrong. I was put my foot in the shoe to find out there was a brown slimy substance at the end of my crepes not too sure what it is but its smells of doo doo!!. This is absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend it! Want my money back!

This company is not a legitimate business,or at least only on their own terms. They say they do cleaning and restorations but instead steal your £700 shoes to restore and sell for themselves. Lied about sending them then blocked me on everything. Would not use this company for any type of business as you will be waiting months with no answers or shoes…save your money and your time go to someone better quality. The proof is in the pudding with the reviews on this page! I’ve made a report to trading standard to get my shoes back wish me luck!

My experience with Mrskicks UK was mixed. I ordered a pair of custom shoes expecting delivery in 3-4 weeks, but faced delays and poor communication. The shoe design approval process took longer than promised, and when the shoes finally arrived, they had a peeling issue. Despite these problems, the final product needed some self-repair, and their refund policy was not accommodating. The service wasn't entirely satisfactory, but the shoes eventually arrived.

If I could put a zero stars review I would. BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PERSON. You pay but receive nothing. I paid in July it’s now November and I all I have is a few emails where this person keeps promising I will get my shoes, they are coming just hang on. Guess what? No shoes. And Now their email is disabled. I’m trying desperately to get my money back via my bank. Hoping I can get it back. So upset and feel a complete idiot for trusting this person. I paid in advance, I waited, I was polite pleasant. I feel like such a fool to be taken in like this. Be careful please don’t get taken in like I did.

I took about 5 pairs of shoes to Lz, when I met her she was so nice and explained the process very well. But when I saw the shoes I couldn’t believe my eyes they looked brand new!

Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I originally ordered one pair of custom shoes on 5/30 I was told it takes about 3-4 was to ship. I was told I would have a mock design to approve before shipment on 6/14 I emailed asking for the mock to approve and was told they would have one over to me soon.on 6/25 I still did not have a mock and was told they would have it over to me that day. On 6/28 still did not have the mock and emailed with no response for 3 days when they finally answered and said they where sorry no one emailed that they where having problems with their email.On 7/1 still no mock with another email saying they where sorry they are behind. 7/4 I finally got a mock and shoes were shipped however when the shoe arrived it appeared to just be a sticker placed on the shoe and was pealing off. When I emailed to say I was not satisfied they basically told me they don’t take refunds and to order stuff on Amazon to fix it my self. So for $385 I got a pair of shoes very late bad customer service and pealing sticker on a shoe!!

Issue with the shoes, the paint started chipping straight away. I then sent them back, I was then told it would few weeks to receive them back. I had to actively chase and then eventually received the shoes back 2 months later and still chipping started to occur. Avoid.
