Please can someone get hold of me if anyone is able to pursue this case. I was scammed out of R13 454 and another R1979 for two items bought online. The guys I spoke to was Brenon 081 309 1377. Most likely a load of crap but He advised me that the directors were Zongozile Ziwengu, Thabo Radibe Sipho Platyi. The managers name is allegidly Riegert Roux. Their customer service people Priyank Govender and Brian Mawela and Letisha Muzwazwa. I have written the money off as a bad investment but is sincerely hope these guys are caught and are prosecuted to the full extent of the law. happy to discuss further actions 0825594158.

Mrshopper is a scam. Never recieved my order placed nov2020. After several attempts finally got through to someone promising that it was dispatched dec 2020, but something was wrong with the vehicle. Clearly a lie. I never recieved my goods. Don't trust them.

I ve just watch Carte Blanche.
I also got scam last year 24 Nov20, i ordered a lawnmover and paid R 3104, but never received anything.
I still have all corrospondencing.
Pleas can we do anyrhing??

Mr Shopper is a scam!

I ordered a smeg coffee maker in January 2021, and to this day still waiting for my delivery.

So I made a payment of R1593.98 to Mr Shopper SA on the 7th of December 2020 and 5 motnhs later I am still waiting. First of February I made a follow up and they claimed that the order will be delivered on the 13th of February 2021. On the 10nth of February they sent an email saying that my order will be 9 days later than originally estimated at the time of my updated delivery date. Till today I am still patiently waiting. Mind you the order included Huggies size 4, my son is almost a size 5 now.

A total Scam. I bought a trampoline on the 19 of January order #46719 . Made payment on the 22. Received delivery dates and nothing was delivered. I went to their warehouse and there was no one. I finaly got hold of the guy called Brian and he forwarded me the refund form which was filled around March. Since today I haven't recieved my money. Now the number is always on voicemall. R1897.00 is gone.

I ordered from Mr shopper 5 months ago. I only received a few items of my order after months of phoning everyday and being put on hold. We still have 3k outstanding for a lawnmower that never arrived. Brian Mawela has made empty promise after empty promise and had now cut all communication, WhatsApp and email. I have never experienced revolting customer service like I have with Mr Shopper, and to make things worse they have taken money that doesn’t belong to them and I’ve had no feedback regarding a refund in months. This has truly been a stressful & unacceptable experience dealing with these people. I hope No1 ever buys from Mr shopper again. Unfortunately I didn’t do my research before using them, if I had I would’ve seen countless reviews saying the same thing as me and that they been scammed. Worst online store ever.

Hope you see this before purchasing anything from them.

We ordered and paid for a pool from them on 17 January 2021. Was suppose to receive it on 21 January 2021. Phoned several times, always the 3rd caller in line, when you get to be transferred the line just goes dead. Eventually got through, got a new delivery date of 6 February 2021. We have not received the pool yet. Have been trying to call, line just goes dead when you get to be 1st in line and the email address no longer exists. There is absolutely no way to contact them. I want to file a police report. R2000 DOWN THE DRAIN. If there was a no stars option I would rather have rated them nothing!!!

MR SHOPPER SOUTH AFRICA are Real scammers ! Now their website is down . I ordered a baby's stroller from end of Nov 2020 , paid for it online but it never arrived ever . Their phone is never answered .

Jan 25th placed an order for Riva -levels Study deck paid R819 , invoice no: 47126 scheduled delivery date 2nd February, date was changed to 24th Feb, changed again to 6th, 18th March I requested for refund was informed it will take 3 to 10 days . I have called , emailed last attempts are failing I was informed by the consultant who answered the phone that their server is down on the 5th March they cannot access orders information online my recent email all come back as not delivered.

I placed my order (order #44243) on 11 December 2020. I did not recieve my items, I have since requested a refund but also no response and payment was recieved! BEWARE- DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMERS

I purchased a trampoline in Jan this year spent over R2300 still no delivery and no communication, A REAL SCAM. They do not pick up the phone and I was sent an email in Feb stating a refund is being processed no suprise no refund received. I want my money back !!!!!!

They are criminals of note. I placed my order for a Cooler in Nov 2020. A week later I received an email stating that my order will be late by 4 days. since then, that 4 days is still coming. they don't pickup their phones or respond to emails.

Can i ask everyone that has open a fraud case did you get any response after opening up a fraud case? I am also waiting since 16 January for my delivery and also no response after 1000's of emails and phone callls just to get no answer and lies etc.....

I've Ordered swimming pools from Mr Shopper on the 6th of January placed another order 2 orders on the 7th of January and another order on the 9th of January, received 2 items of the 8 I have ordered. Then ordered on the 21 and 23rd January again 5 items. I spended hundreds of rands on airtime then you are next in line then then person at this extension is currently busy.
Every time on the delivery day you dont receive your orders and they give you a new delivery date.. then u wait 2 weeks again... then the same thing happen they have not received the shipments in yet coming in 5 days and lots of stories. Eventually I ask for a refund. By the 20th of February they have promised me to ferund me till now I have not received my R27300 refund. They feel absolutely nothing for the customer and there are no customer service. They dont respond to your emails they dont answer the phone if you are lucky you come through or someone calls you back after numerous emails and just say they will find out what is the problem and they will call you back and they will refund you then never came back to you. I've open a case of fraude at the bank and police station against them.
I am very disappointed in this company.
