Very very disappointed to have to deal many times for issues like being sent expired or nearly expired products; being offered other brands while the products I have already bought are not in stock; being sent the old cheaper version of a product while I have paid for the new, more expensive version. Many online selling laws are breached. Avoid buying from Mrs Ritchie

This is never the experience I want my customers to have. I strive for excellence in the products and service we offer.
I am sorry one of your items was not available when you ordered. I offered an alternative as speed might have been important to you. During lockdown there were delays in shipping time from Australia. We constantly replenish our stock to ensure we have the latest but sometimes we can be caught short on stock of low frequency items or experience unusual circumstances due to the distance. I can only apologise for the inconvenience that the wait caused.
I am sorry that on your recent order your kit bottles inside still have the original labels. This is stock we have received while the old labels are being phased out by the brand owner. The formulas are the same as the full sizes with the new labelled branding.
I really appreciate the feedback. I am looking at ways to minimise the shipping time from Australia. I’m also introducing promotions like our recent one to help with the price increases we are now incurring.
I am more than happy to send you a kit with new labels when they come into stock. Just drop me a reply to my email. Please let me know if you need further help for me to resolve your experience.

Have been using synergie products for 10 years and had to order from Australia before which is long waiting time. Now is able to order and get it the next day! Only thing I wish is more products from the brand are featured here
