Cashmere robe
Promptly shipped, beautifully packaged and followed up with a personal phone call to check that I was satisfied with the product.
Robe was a gift for my husband who has some of their (gorgeous) jumpers already. So I was able to surreptitiously check sizing.
5/5 for customer service

Quality product and personal service, what’s not to like
So helpful when I found that I was between sizes. Nice touch is the personal level of service. The cashmere they offer is lovely and soft, the items well made. When Christmas/lockdown flab is gone and I’m back to a Medium size, I’ll be straight back with an order!

I have a sweater from several years ago and there are no bobbles despite frequent wear in the winter months. I never get on a long haul flight without it!
