I occasionally played at MrQ casino and recently won £340 from a £10 deposit.

Before playing, I checked the withdrawal information on their website, which indicated fast withdrawals (10–20 minutes to bank). However, after requesting a withdrawal, I did not receive the funds within that timeframe.

I contacted live support and was told that withdrawals could take 24–48 hours. I also asked if any documents were required and was initially told no.

The next day, I was asked to complete additional KYC verification even though my account had already been verified before. I immediately submitted all requested documents including ID, selfie, proof of address and additionally I attached bank statement to the chat.

Later I was told the verification process could take up to 10 days, which is significantly different from what I expected. During live chat, I was also asked questions about my situation and whether I needed the funds urgently. I mentioned that the money was needed for utilities and that I was feeling stressed due to the delay.

After this conversation, my account was placed under a 1-year self-exclusion, which I did not explicitly request. I was not clearly informed that my answers could lead to this outcome.

As of now, I cannot access my account and I have no visibility on the status of my withdrawal or verification.

At this stage, this experience has been quite frustrating and stressful. However, I will update this review once my withdrawal has been resolved, and I may adjust my rating depending on the outcome. For now, this is a major headache due to unclear communication and unexpected account actions during the process.

Been playing on mr q for a few months now when I first started playing would go up on a bonus quite often but now no matter what game I play i am literally having to put 100s on before I trigger a bonus, main culprit games seems to be big bass games and then if I am extremely lucky I will win 20 quid sorry but had a enough seems to be take take take and give nothing back will no longer be using the site

Horrendous experience with MrQ. I deposited almost £2.5k, £100 deposits each time playing one game mining pots of gold) with an RTP of 96% and £3 per spin. This was over 2.5 hours without not one single bonus round despite having 100s of scatter rounds up to the value of 3 scatters in some spins, leading me to believe that the game was most definitely rigged. Do not attempt this online casino, you’ll find yourself out of pocket!

As to Mike’s query about something being totally off I don’t play MRQ but I play at 4 other ones and yes there is definitely something wrong no game play what so ever just dead spins I have used all my deposit limits for the month already and they only reset on the 1st which is a £1000….also all of my accounts freeze constantly and I have to wait a few minutes till it comes back on I believe it’s due to the tax hike there having to pay

Took me 300£ to get onto the bonus feature and I won £0 back, on 1.20 spins. I then played another £200, and same thing again; leaving me at my £500 loss limit for the second month in a row, and it was only the 3rd day! Usually love this site, so unsure what has happened.

This website is honestly the best I have dealt with in terms of customer care. I had 1 complaint (on which I was misinformed and in fact wrong) & 1 gaming issue. Personal experience Mr Q are very clever in their latest advertising campaign as it’s very true but I feel I hate Q a lot more and comparing with other sites I can never say I’ve loved it
