I have been using MrQ for quite some time and was having a good overall experience, until recently when I hit a small jackpot and the site asked me to verify my account, which I have done. But I’ve now been blocked from the site and can’t access my winnings although I’ve passed the initial verification.
I have emailed the customer support team with no success and my account is still blocked for no apparent reason other than MrQ doesn’t want to pay my winnings.

My mate joined to see what it’s all about and wow it’s a disgusting site the scam is beyond belief the reels spin longer than they are supposed to looking for a dead spin the bonuses are as rare as hen’s teeth there are better sites than this just look around these will have your pants down it’s utter filth it’s daylight robbery with no balaclava

So long story short played around 12k ,won 12k when the payment was due acc verification ,passed payment made even got a phone call to say congratz ,decided to have another go played 2k won 4.6k now a different type of acc verification ,while chasing the acc verification that started on the 3rd or april ,as from today i got disconected from live chat saying i have self excluded ,they had no problem getting my money ,but right now they have problems paying me back ,its ridiculos ,a scam ,please evoid ,as an update 24/04/2026 source of income still ongoing after giving them sa302,bussiness statements ,paypal statements ,personal statements ,payslips ,right now they want details of self transactions that are not on the statement and refuse to point exact transaction just to stall ,i will up date as soon as i have more details

be careful, and make sure you read the terms.
It is a spend limit not a deposit limit so if you set it at £200 and you win £100 you can deposit £300 next time you play so just be careful.

Verification process is slow and dragged out. You send one thing they ask for, wait for that to be processed onky to recieve another request.... then another... then another. Just ask for all at once? I've been in review now for about 5 days and so far sent proof of address, driving licence, photo of me holding said driving licence, picture of my card... come on guys, this is poor.. this has just been to sign up... I haven't deposited or played a single game yet and tbh, I can't really be bothered. I understand you have rules etc you must adhere too, but jesus, this is mental and I've gone elsewhere with no where near as many hurdles to sign up, and been paid winnings. If this is just to sign up... God knows what a withdrawal would require.
