I am pleased with my shopping experience as well as the app. None of this nonsense “not available in your destination country’. I found what I wanted and I bought it. Changing account details was easy too.
Very disappointing experience with MR PORTER and their customer care process.
I received an order where two items were missing from the box upon opening. The contents were disordered and even the packing documentation was missing. I reported this immediately and provided photos.
Rather than focusing on the fact that the items were not delivered, MR PORTER relied entirely on internal evidence like CCTV footage, packing scans, and courier weight audits to deny my claim. While that may show what happened in their warehouse, it does not change what I actually received, which was an incomplete order.
Customer service repeatedly stated their decision was “final” and refused both refund and replacement, forcing me to escalate through a chargeback and consumer channels just to be made whole.
For a company positioning itself as a premium retailer, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve a straightforward issue was shocking. The experience completely undermines trust in ordering from them again.

The shipping and experience was wonderful but this bathing suit is awful. I live in Maine and bought it for a trip to the Maldives. The whole thing is like see through once it becomes wet and you can see the black pockets. I wore it once - for five minutes - walked back to my hotel and changed into a lululemon bathing suit. Super disappointing.

Great experience with fast delivery and great service. Couldn't ask for more.
Received a Canada goose sweater (approximately $600) as a Christmas gift.
Had the sweater for less than a month and only wore it a couple times (without washing) and the sleeve started to fall apart at the seam.
Sent pictures to Mr porter and I am still trying to get a replacement. They offered to pay me 10% of the purchase price to put towards replacing it.
Seems like a complete joke.
Have tried calling and emailing many times and can not get any reasonable response or resolution to what is clearly a manufacturers defect on a high end product.

Returned an item but still no refuned.
Returned a package at the beginning of January via their chosen courier DHL. The package was accepted by DHL then lost/never collected from the initial collection location - despite me having fulfilled my end of the agreement, Mr Porter are making this my issue and are refusing to give a refund. I don't know if this is legal, but the process has been frustrating and disappointing.

Am a long time customer of Mr. Porter. Purchased an item on sale which went on flash sale one day after ordering it. I asked for the sale price to be extended and was advised this one item was not included in the flash sale. Odd that all other similar items by this designer were on flash sale and yet this one was not. Very disappointed in the way my query was handled.
Update- I did receive a response from Mr. Porter after posting an unfavorable review. In their response, they offered a store credit in the amount of the flash sale. While appreciated, I believe it shouldn't have taken a poor review for them to make a one time accommodation.

My item (wallet) arrived very quickly via DHL. Sadly, I needed to return my purchase as it wasn't really large enough. Using the provided DHL returns labels, the collection was rapid (same day, within 1 hour of booking!) and the refund was issued within 4 days of Mr Porter receiving the return. Communication was excellent and I would happily purchase from Mr Porter again.
Ordered a very very expensive item that arrived in a substandard condition of a box and was extremely damaged.
Erica from customer services offered me a refund or exchange.
I informed her I wanted an exchange as it was a gift that they were fairly late sending to me anyway.
Erica informed me that they would have to receive the item before sending the one I’d paid for to me.
I now have to go very far to drop this back off at a DHL site or, I have to take a day off work to wait for DHL to collect.
Never again will I use this company.
I’d recommend anyone else avoid them too if you want a hassle free shopping experience!

The Mr Porter online shopping experience is exceptionally user-friendly, and the selection of designer brands perfectly aligns with my personal style. I was particularly impressed by the delivery speed; receiving my order in Hong Kong within just 2–3 days far exceeded my expectations. Overall, the experience was more than satisfactory.
The only minor area for improvement concerns customer service responsiveness. While a 1–2 day turnaround for my email enquiry regarding exchange and refund policies was acceptable, a faster response time would have made the experience even more seamless.
