Mr porter used to have outstanding customer service. Now it is very poor. They sold me a jacket and then came back and said it was out of stock. That was terribly inconvenient to have a winter jacket order canceled due to their own failed inventory control. But what made it worse was their unwillingness to attempt to make up for the inconvenience. I will no longer shop at Mr Porter and will not recommend to anyone else.

Mr Porter is a rude and unfair company!
From which I will certainly never order again! With my order, you cheated me and did not refund my €78, even though the goods were returned! Returned parcels are supposedly getting “lost”! The order number was: 2812Z4YYE2514J. It’s best to have nothing to do with you! In addition, a customer service representative named Christina does not even respond to inquiries.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Their incompetence is unreal. I’ve sent back an expensive pair of shoes for exchange. I chased to find out what has happened to the return. They said it’s processing and will ship the exchange within 5 working days. It’s well over that. I keep chasing. They keep telling me different things. One customer service rep told me they’re refunding me £51. My item was worth around x3 that amount!!! Total time wasters ignore that fact that their app and tracking says processing won’t lift a finger to investigate meanwhile I have no item and lost my money! Disgusted.

Premium products and prices, but if that’s what your after the range is great and the sale is not to be missed. App is great, all aspects of service great too.
The returns are not actually free. I returned a product well within the stated free return window and still had a deduction from my refund. Mr Porter had great selection but this is ridiculous in 2026.

Misleading sizing guidance and no resolution offered
Please think twice before placing an order with this company even though an offer may be tempting.
The customer service is the worst I’ve seen in a long time. What should be a standard refund of a defective item drags on for months without resolution: They regularly only reply to mails when I insist on it via phone, their hotline agents occasionally hung up on me, they mis-routed my returned item, they absurdly accused me of returning the wrong item. Everything could be made right by someone in the organisation having a good look at the case, sending the refund, and just putting an end to this - but that seems to much too ask.
PS: Mrporter, if you’re reading this, do not ask me to write to your ‘feedback’ mail address. I did that based on your responses so other reviews but you also do not reply there.
The recent glitch to your checkout system with the shipping fee made me pay for it unnecessarily.
Terrible experience – do not order!
I never received my package or my refund, and it’s been over a month. They apparently haven’t even canceled the shipment, so I can’t cancel the order myself. I can’t get any response from them, and there seems to be no way to resolve this. I strongly advise everyone not to order from this company.
Twice they sent the wrong size. Returned and ordered again, and again, sent the wrong size. Not even sure how that is possible except for complete incompetence.Wasted time, effort, and money. Unable to get ahold of a human being for customer service while on US hours. Would avoid ordering from again because they make it a difficult and frustrating experience shopping with Mr.Porter.
