First time ordering and absolutely ridiculous service – avoid at all costs!

I ordered T-shirts with express delivery, only to find out there was nothing "express" about it. With the selected delivery date approaching and the order still unprocessed, I had to cancel two days before I needed them because they wouldn't have arrived on time and had to go elsewhere to get T-shirts made.

The T-shirts hadn’t even been printed yet, but their policy falsely claims that printing starts immediately after artwork confirmation.

I was assured I'd get a refund, but here I am three weeks later – still waiting.

To make matters worse, their customer service is virtually non existent. The phone numbers listed on Google, their website, and Instagram don’t even work. Emails are barely answered no matter how many times you email them, if at all. It’s honestly a joke.

This company happily takes your money and delivers zero service in return. Be warned – steer clear!

Jasmin the waitress was extremly knowledgable ,always pleasant and the best smile i have ever seen.

Ordered personalised t-shirts for my stag do and they were fantastic, looked great and good quality.

I ordered 10 tshirts for my hen party. We had a tshirts with writing on the front for all in the party, mother of the bride, maid of honour etc. We had names on the backs of the shirts & they honestly looked amazing. I was over the moon with the quality of the shirts and the quality of the writing is spot on. When we went along on the hen party to Scarborough not Lanzarote, thanks Covid. But we looked Brill all together. Thank you Porkys for your fantastic service.

I placed an order for the 'Last Christmas as an Miss' jumper.

I am very happy with the product, good quality and the sizing is true to "normal" UK sizes. Karen was awesome through the process in updating me on the progress of my order.

It has been a challenge to get excited at the prospect of getting married with all the uncertainty ahead, so very happy to receive this gift to myself :)

The most amazing service!! Ordered 16 t- shirts and pyjamas and required some alternative wording which was no problem. Emails were answered almost immediately and nothing was to much trouble. Even today when I’ve forgotten to order one!! Quality of T-shirt’s and PJs are fab! 5 stars for this company⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent from the first email to the stag T-shirt’s arrived! I first contacted as we were looking around for T-shirt’s , they made me a mock design within 48 hours and then made the adjustments for me which suited! We were all shocked at how good the quality of the T-shirt’s and even better at an affordable price. Would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I needed 10 tshirts made up urgently. Phoned these guys up on a wednesday and explained my situation. I was then told they would be able to help me but my tshirt colour choice was out of stock. After been advised by the lady on the phone what other colours would go good with my print i took another look on their site. Then i phoned up to comfirm what i wanted and the gentleman advised that a diff colour print would go better on my choice of tshirt to which i agreed with. Within minutes i had comfirmation of my order been processed. As i needed them so quick they offered me a express delivery service via royal mail before 1pm which worked perfect. From there i recieved constant updates from them and royal mail to say theyd been dispatched. Then this morning (friday) i recieved my tshirts which I am over the moon with. I cant thank these guys enough for the quick production and turn around time. Staff very helpful and friendly recomending to me whats best with my choices. Highly recomended!!!!!

Last minute order (had 3 days before take-off), spoke to them, excellent communication, fast process and tshirts arrived with a day to spare. (Also of high quality)

Had personalised tops and sashes for a girls weekend. Tshirt it was true to size, material fantastic quality and the overall look and effect when we wore them was brilliant. I plan to order again from this company who from placing the order to receiving the product kept us updated. 100%reccomend Mr Porkys to anyone looking for professionalism and quality.

AMAZING comes to mind what a fantastic company I had a girls weekend planned for my 40th Birthday and was surprised with T Shirts and Sashes they were incredible from the quality of them both to the print the customer service is second to non and made my weekend everywhere I went people commented on them I will 100% use Mr Porkys again and highly recommend I can’t thank you enough xxx
