Amazing experience
Amazing experience! Best quality and best fittings. Will choose MrGuild over any high street brand!
Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists. I ordered 3 suits, which were wrong - they were helpful enough, but I've now been waiting over 3 months for a refund or any sort, or to speak to somebody. No response via whatsapp, have tried calling over 40 times. Have to raise a dispute with my bank. Avoid until they have a number you can contact them on!
Great customer service
I went to Mr Guild for my wedding suits and they were nothing short of excellent. Their customer service was great, and they were really supportive, even when a couple of my groomsmen had slightly the wrong size quite close to the wedding, they made sure the relevant size was sent asap, and they were always on hand to answer questions. I'd fully recommend using them, especially with suits this good!

Bought a suit from Mr Guild for my wedding and it is the worst quality I have seen in a suit. I have previously bought from Mr Guild and had amazing suit from them. I attach screenshots of their appalling service and rudeness. Please avoid them at all costs as they do not help at all as you will be dealing with rude people. One of the advisors when i asked for replacement told me to " do what you need to do" when i said i will leave the reviews. All their reviews seem to be made up if that is the case.
Brilliant service
Third time purchasing from MrGuild, had to exchange the item due to finding a suit I preferred in the new in collection. Exchanging my item was super fast received my code the day my items were received and received my new suit two days later. Super fast, no waiting 14 days and brilliant customer service and product. Very happy Thankyou.
Do not recommend
I’m honestly not sure if the rest of these reviews on this website are real.
This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had ordering something online.
First, when the suit arrived, the quality felt very poor. I could not see this suit lasting more than one to two wears. I was honestly afraid I was going to rip it just trying it on. Even though I ordered my regular size, I couldn’t fit the jacket over my shoulders or get the pants beyond my knees. It was honestly like they sent me a kid's sized suit.
The return process was absolutely terrible. They forced me to use an international messaging app and rarely responded to my questions for days, prompting me to have to reach out over and over.
Their return policy says exchanges only, but what they don’t tell you is that they decide what sizes you can exchange into. It took one month through an extremely sketchy return process to get them back the original suit (you have to pay for all shipping) and then them getting you an exchange code. If I wasn’t asking them daily for updates they wouldn’t have given them. When I went to reorder with the “code” they gave me, it only gave me options in smaller sizes than I already had, which would not fit. I asked them for the fabric color code so that I could custom make the suit myself for the wedding that I am in, and they refused to give it to me. To put it in perspective, 4 of 5 guys in this wedding party had the exact same problem with them. They refuse to process any of our refunds and continue to flag our reviews on here for being defamatory…
overall i was left disapointed
i dont want to be overly harsh but the suit is good for one or two wears. dont get me wrong it looks great but im just not confident in its durability.
after 2 wears the zipper no longer works on the trousers and the blazer buttons are also pulling away with no major stress having been applied. Also a button was already pulled away from the actual blazer on arrival which was a shame but i was excited to wear the suit so i sewed it back on myself. but still not great. just to add i am slender so zero stress is being applied to the suit. Unfortunately i will not be a returning customer which is a shame.
Wedding suits. 5* service
I ordered 3 suits from Mr Guild to try on for myself for my wedding. They arrived and i was unsure of the colour, so I messaged them and spoke to Jay.
He was fantastic help, and without hesitation offered to send out two more suits without charging me any extra.
The suit quality is incredible and they have a great range of colours. Jay stayed in constant contact throughout and offered additional support at all times.
Can’t recommend this company enough.
5* service

I recently purchased a suit from Mr Guild for my brother-in-law, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The quality, fit, and craftsmanship are exceptional… the suit looks absolutely amazing.
Although I made a mistake by purchasing the suit outside of the sale period, the team at Mr Guild went above and beyond to offer me £80 credit as a gesture of goodwill. Their excellent customer service truly sets them apart and I’m so glad they exist!!!!
If you’re looking for premium suits and a seamless shopping experience, I highly recommend Mr Guild. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

Mr Guild has won me over
I have never ordered suits online before without trying them first. However after ordering once from Mr Guild, I was amazed by the quality, worrkmanship and customer service. I have ordered 4 suits in total in the past and now about to make my next order.
Great value and excellent quality.
These suits outperform any high street retailer like TM lewin/Charles Thyrwitt/M&S - and feels more like a saville row tailored suit.
10/10 Quality
Suits are made to last and I own about 7 and counting and the compliments keep rolling in.
