Great skin fade, atmosphere of the barber shop was great and and the barbers were very friendly

literally ordered a hoodie 3 years ago and it never came and couldnt get in contact with them at all.

I ordered some it didn't come then when I asked for a refund it got denied and as a child £26 is a reasonably high amount

I got the hoodie 6 months after I ordered it. But the colors like... disintegrated after 1 wash. The design are cool but still...

Also the website doesn't exist anymore even though their Instagram is still active

I remembered something: When you want to use the tracker, which works, you need your code of your order fine, right? WRONG! It only shows the code ON A LOADING SCREEN, which means: if your Internet is too fast, you can't reach out to them (this only works on Instagram) about your order!

Placed order 19 sept 2020 given order number money taken but no sign of hoodie was for grandson’s birthday absolutely atrocious service no answer to any Emails, seems to be a complete scam stay away from this company if indeed it exists

Do not buy from this company! They don´t deliver the clothes. It is impossible to get in touch with them.

Placed an order 3rd of October 2020. After a number of emails and contact forms sent - where seller states they will respond within 72 hours - no reply has been received, even with threat of legal and media action.
So, Mr Fade: your inability to update us regarding order number 5069, or to give any correspondence regarding our queries, means that we will be contacting Action Fraud, as it seems we are one of many whom you have scammed.

Ordered a hoodie in August, hasn't arrived. Wrote to customer services, no reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BUY, IT'S A CON. Ordered hoodie in June, still not arrd after 3 attempts to contact them. I will be reporting to fraud. No tel number, I shdve known.

On the 16th of June my son ordered a Mr Fade hoodie. Money was charged but the order wasn't delivered. We wrote them 3 times but received no answer.

Made an order months ago like a long time ago and the payment was taken and the hoodie came (after a while but I understood during covid it can be delayed) what I didn’t appreciate was them taking a further £24.99 months later when no order has been made, when I have emailed them they have told me I have made an order, due to this I requested the tracking number for this order and they still haven’t replied after two weeks, I would advise anyone going through a similar situation would go to the transaction dispute department with their bank and raise a chargeback against them.

Still no refund and no hoodie. This is a scam! They tell you to go through Paypal for a refund but because their lead times are so long that by the time you get to the point of asking for a refund you are outside the time for Paypal to refund. I also paid as a guest on Paypal and could not find a route to obtain a refund from them even if I was not outside the time limit.

Like many others I placed an order, received a number and 2 months later have heard nothing. Have sent 3 emails to customer services all completely ignored. Very unhappy son who loved the look of the hoodies and was promised one for his birthday. Understand if there are delays to orders but ignoring emails to customer services is unacceptable.

I made an order 2,5 month ago and haven't received anything. As more user stated this is fake. I sent a lot of emails but they only answer with the tracking number but it is "on route" since 2 month. they took my money and I probably have no way to get it back, since I paid with credit card. It is a shame how people like this can do business. DO NOT BUY from them.
After 3 months I finally got my order. I couldn't believe it.

Order made 6th December 2019. Paied by PayPal. Till now no answer for e-mails (18th February, 17th May). Money taken - delivery not nessesery.

Excellent garment, looks exactly as picture and my son is delighted with it. Sizing is perfect and the hoodie is really well made and comfy. It's the second hoodie I've purchased from Mr Fade and am very impressed. Easy ordering process and good service.

Buyer beware. Item didn’t arrive. Weeks of emails ended with them saying they can’t refund despite them saying they would and that I need to open dispute with PayPal, I didn’t pay with PayPal. Have opened dispute with credit card company now. I don’t believe Mr Fade are based in London, replies to emails are in broken English. Any emails I now send are completely ignored ... DO NOT BUY FROM MR FADE - they are crooks.

Two orders were made; one order was cancelled prior to delivery. The second order arrived, but all the sizes were wrong. Whatever. The first order, however, has still not been reimbursed, MONTHS later. Emails remain unanswered. Excuses, about, how the money refund got returned. HIGHLY BEWARE OF BUYING FROM THIS SCAMMER!
