Excellent delivery by the driver
Excellent delivery by the driver. The bag was placed exactly where I asked him to place it. Also, it was a lovely surprise to see a free pair of secateurs on top of the bark chips.

Top class product from top class company
Easy website to navigate, great comms with company informing me when soil was to be delivered, delivery turned up on time and delivery man very helpful putting ton bag exactly where it was needed.
Soil/mulch is superb and excellent quality.

Excellent delivery and customer service.
There was a problem at our end on the day of delivery so I phoned them up to explain. They were responsive to the issue and when the delivery was made the driver phoned to confirm the location of the drop. He showed consideration for the property and left the item in the requested place. Also the quality of the product (topsoil) was excellent.

Good quality product and easy order process
Ordering process was very easy and I was informed of the delivery date by email. The delivery driver contacted me on the day as I was unable to be present and placed the bag of compost in exactly the right place! Topsoil/compost mixture looks good and the garden looks so much better.
