Have used Mr Coolit for several years…
Have used Mr Coolit for several years now very good for machine spares,good knowledge of machines. Have now started using them for syrup and other supplies for our slush trailer.

I have had dealings with this company for a long time repairs on machines, spares, syrups and disposables they seem to go that little bit further to help prices are reasonable and there efficiently is second to none don’t be a fool deal with this company. Well done to all the tram.

Not Happy terrible customer service from the manager

Terrible customer service from him.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your message. We are sorry to hear you are disapointed with your order. Unfortunately due to the global pandemic there has been big delays in recieving orders from manufacturers of certain product lines which has meant we have had to use alternative suppliers to ensure customer do not go without. The substitute straws we supplied came in larger box with an extra 50 straws to compensate for the fac t that they were not the perfect solution and were only a tempoarary measure. We did offer our appologies and offered to collect the straws for you at no expense to yourself and offered you a full refund on these straws which is still an option to you if you wish?
We are sorry we cannot offer a larger straw at this time and hope to have the usual straw back in stock in the next couple of weeks.

After a delivery hiccup (not Mr cool.its fault) they were amazing at helping us track down our order ready to open our shop. Excellent customer service and amazing product. The slush has been flying off the shelves. The product looks great and is the perfect compact size.
