If I could give them less than one star, I would. I ordered a hoodie 6 months ago, but didn't receive it. After three months of messing around, I told them to just give me a refund. Three months on, I am still trying to get a refund via email. Avoid them at all costs, I think it's a scam!
Ordered a hoodie nearly a year ago. Got a notification saying it was being dispatched and didn't get anything. I've emailed them/contacted on website at least once a month for the last year, but nothing. I would avoid this website and this company.
A scam website, ordered some items and they sent shipping tracking that never delivered after 3 months. Called bank and filed complaint and bank issued credit. Mrcls then proceeded to send harassment emails about charge back on item never even delivered. Do not buy from them, they are scam website!
Ordered a Kanye hoodie on 11 December. Told me it could take up to 2 months which is understandable. In januari got a email that said shipping label has been made but order has not been dispatched yet. Support and a insta DM dont reply.
They also delete comments of people complaining on their insta page of people never receiving their order!!!
Ordered a top in November, told it would take 30-60 working days to arrive which I thought fair enough. Got an email in December to say it had been shipped. By February I had no update & the order hadn’t been delivered. I contacted them and was told it was with the courier, i have still not recieved my order and have been asking for a refund for around a month now and am getting no response from them. DO NOT RECCOMEND.
This would be zero stars if I could. This company is a total scam, they will string you along with excuses on why it is taking so long for your order. They may even give you a BS tracking number that doesn’t work. Say away, DO NOT BUY. Total scam
