Delivered boiler without radiators. I had arranged 3 men to get the job completed on the day. I still have to pay them. Mr Central Heating rolled out the usual sorry we can deliver them Monday now that we have messed your order up. So pay the guys again on Monday. This was the show area of a 147 apartment block we are starting and had to be finished before viewing by client Monday. I ordered them last Monday also so I don't even know why it took 4 days to deliver in the first place.
The order was 2k per apartment so that's £292,000.00 worth of order MR CH wont be getting from me.
It was only 9am when they have realised the mistake but couldn't be bothered to rush someone up to us with the radiator's. We could have worked to get it done before Monday this way.
Avoid the Erith branch at all costs. I had to return an item as the product did not look like it did on their website. Staff were extremely rude and charged me £20 to be able to return the item! This £20 fee to be able to return the item was not stated on the receipt nor was it stated by the tills. Absolutely shambolic.
Terrible website that will waste your time if you are making a large order. Very amateur experience. Cheaper parts good value, more expensive items not.
More than impressed with quality, price, customer service and delivery will definitely use Mr Central Heating again

Used this company to purchase a complete central heating system, including gas boiler, all went well until delivery, the towel rails were missing one of the radiators was also damaged, they have refunded the towel rails, the damaged radiator is still with me, I go to fit the boiler and the flue is missing, called the company and they simply do not want to know, so have purchased a flue and towel rails from a local plumbers merchant, perfect
They seemed cheap in the beginning, take the damage, missing parts, the stress, in future i would only buy from a plumbers merchant on the high street, I will never use this company again, sorry Mr Central Heating but improvement needed quickly
Phoned local store, placed order and delivery date was agreed. Delivery driver - Josh went the extra mile to ensure the delivery was delivered despite confusion earlier in the day. Prompt efficient service.

I can't begin to tell you how shocking their customer service is. If you're buying off the shelf, it's fine. If you've any customisation, it's woeful! No communication about delivery date. No updates on delivery. Phone to complain; they don't give a s**t. No returned phone calls. Order delivered months late. Phone to complain about the wait, and Tracy Sims will give you a veiled threat that she will cancel your order and then point the finger of blame at the customer!
It's simply a woeful litany of how not to treat a customer. Do yourselves a favour; shop elsewhere, anywhere!
Great company to order from, stress free process and everything was as should of been. I contacted them to ask if the delivery driver could call me and hour before hand as me and my wife were both at work. Delivery did as asked and was very polite and professional. Will be ordering more column radiators in the future.

Paid for radiator on 26 Oct and was given a timescale of 15 working days. I called to confirm the next day and was told 20 working days. I have called repeatedly and been told that it will be processed - but given no details on when order will be fulfilled. It sounds like they outsource spraying of their radiators to a different company who they have no control over. The 20 working day timescale expired today - I called and was advised that it was now 25 days but that may be extended. I've requested a refund.
At no stage have I received an update via email or phone call. Staff appear to be aware of the current problems - they adopt a defensive tone throughout phone calls - but offer little in the way of help or reassurance.
Josh was so helpful with the delivery, really went above and beyond. Thank you!!!

Very poor service! We ordered 2 radiators and had to swap one as it turned out to be the wrong fit. They have point blank refused to collect the original double radiator, even when delivering it’s replacement despite it being unused and in its original packaging. They are now ignoring our emails! Terrible customer experience!
We did a lot of online searching and found this company was the only one that did a radiator in the colour we were looking for (bronze/copper colour). As they had a shop approx 20 miles from us we decided to take a trip up to see if it was possible to view it before we bought it to make sure the colour was right for us.
The gentleman in the shop when we went up was very helpful showing us all the sample colours of radiators that they do, he also brought out all the different kinds of valve that might match, to allow us to make a decision.
I knew from the website that the size and colour was a special order (5 weeks) and he confirmed this to me.
We went home and made a final decision on what to order and placed the order and selected the "pick up from shop" option.
We received a call just over 3 weeks later to advise us it was ready for collection.
We arrived back at the shop and the staff member was very nice , when we gave him our Surname, he knew what our order was right away and looked out our invoice.
He arranged for one of the warehouse staff to bring it out to the car and put it in the boot.

Ordered a very large radiator plus pipework and fittings for a particularly cold room in my Victorian semi. This was a DIY job, I’m not a plumber. They had everything in stock, which is a big plus. No other company had these rads for immediate delivery. Delivery terms were a bit vague, but I wasn’t desperate, and in the event everything arrived in four days. There was one item missing, a small tub of Boss White, which cost £1. I emailed them, and they sent me a replacement, but I had to go and buy another one from Toolstation anyway as I wanted to start work. When it arrived in the post two days later, I noticed they had scraped the expiry date off the tub, but I could just make out that it expired in 2016.
My order was just under £200, and the radiator is very smart and all the pipe fittings are good quality and really well priced, so I don’t like to quibble about something that only cost a quid. But honestly, fellas, don’t scratch expiry dates off your products please. It isn’t necessary and it just looks dodgy.
There new website is rubbish, vary hard to navigate through. it needs a rethink
A complete nightmare company to deal with customer service very rude. Placed the order on the 6th of October called today and asked where my delivery is and they said you asked us to cancel the order "I Never did " the lady gave me a number said call this number as they are the ones that have cancelled your order i called and they said no you cancelled the order called us and cancelled there is nothing more we can do about this, i would of expected a the person on the other line to say i am sorry not sure what happened here who it got cancelled would you like to place the order again but no NOTHING I CAN DO, how is this company still trading with this king of customer service i do not know. I have used them before for many big purchases but i can say from today i will never use them again and i will make sure to spread my word.
This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this company. No issues 1st time. 2nd time ordered a radiator and the side panels were damaged. Rang them up to be told they will deliver another set. Wednesday arrived no delivery I called them up to be told they didn’t arrive on the delivery and they had been reordered to come today (Saturday) I’ve just rang up to check my delivery was coming today to again be told they haven’t arrived and they are coming next Tuesday. Customer service is shocking. There is no communication both times I’ve had to check if my order is coming. The lady in the phone was extremely rude. Companies need to stop using Covid 19 as an excuse for poor customer service and late deliveries. Probably won’t use this company again
