Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! This company is suspect at best. I ordered a dinner jacket I needed for an event after losing most of my wardrobe in a flood. I paid extra to expedite the order. More then 24 hours later, I did not have any confirmation of ship date so I reached out to customer service. They replied 2 days later that they understood my concern and that it was "standard" shipping que but that it was marked for expedite. I told them right away that if it didn't ship next day, I would have to cancel the order because it would not arrive on time. After multiple emails over the coming days, and response emails asking for "confirmation" that I wanted to cancel, over multiple days. The last email I got, more then a week after ordering, was the order now was subject to a 50% cancelation fee because it was "in the que"! More then a week passed and it still had not shipped and no confirmation of ship date but somehow they believe they are owed a 50% cancellation fee because of their "labor" to process the order. It has not shipped and wasn't even prepared to ship yet a week after I informed them I would have to cancel the order.

In response to my review
everything you have asked for regarding address,ttacking and timeframes all information has been given to you multiple times. I get an AI repeat response from you offering discounts for future purchases. You acknowledged that I had sent to the correct address and from my end it was all done the right way.
YOU GAVE ME THE INCORRECT RETURN ADDRESS.
I have done everything from my end that is possible and sent info as now it needs to be followed up by your company. you have NOT followed up.
Hence I'm still out of pocket for over $800 AUD.

I have forwarded postage documents and all other info multiple times and the response I continually get back is the offer of a discount and partial refund . LIARS AND FRAUDS
I sent back an order because the quality was so poor and fit was bad. I was given the wrong address and paid over $100 on top of the $450 USD that I spent to send items back. I did everything as instructed.
Emails back and forth. The postage issue had to be dealt with from their end. They would not follow up. Then I was told my return had gone beyond the return date and was offered a discount on any future orders. VERY DISHONEST
