Do not touch this company. Scam, Scam, Scam..
Bra total rubbish and the palaver of trying to return for a refund is designed to make you give up trying to get a refund. It is being dragged out to take you outside the 30 days statutory rights. I have referred this to Paypal. I will report back if and when I get a refund.

Ordered one of the wmbra bras. Never received because I was having my mail forwarded. Postage did not cover the forwarding so it was returned. FR - MQQ offered to return 50% or I could pay $9.99 and get the product mailed to me AGAIN!!
I told them to keep their product and refund ALL of my money.

No stars are deserved by these cheaters. They have now gone from the useless shoe business to useless bras, flimsy and badly constructed. I've had the same experience as others below, offers to refund me $5.00 after spending $40. on the rubbishy article, and being advised to keep it or sell it to someone else! I told them I would not insult another person by offering them this junk. After this, I have heard nothing for 2 days. I think it's an AI robot answering letters too. They use Paypal so they can't be tracked, and I never thought of contacting PP for a refund but will now do so. BTW the bra side of things is called wmbra.com, or wmbra.ca, then I spotted an alternative address of mqqso.com, which is how I ended up on this review site.

PS Since writing this, my credit card company has done a reversal for me. This company has provided me with an address in China (of course) and demanded I mark the parcel with a value of 10.00 so that they can receive it! Also they demanded a tracking number, which will cost at least $30 or $40.00 if mailed from Canada. I told them I will send it back to the address on the package, in Markham, Ontario, with no tracking number, and they will have to be satisfied with that. All those good folks on Trustpilot who have reviewed these scammers, and think they have lost their money, call your credit card company, and get their help. Most cards have a 90 day limit from the date you received the goods (or bads!) so there is no reason for these robbers to win.

The 3 bras I ordered said they were support bras, My worn out ones I have give more support. My boobs would not stay in the cups, what a disappointment, and no paperwork in envelope to send them back. SO I will not send them back, I'm sure I wouldn't get any money back, just a hard luck

MQQSO is a lying cheating company. They offer "orthopedic shoes" that have no arch support & a foam liner that is 1/8 inch thick. I ordered a size 10 & they sent me a size 44. I couldn't get my size 10 feet in the shoe. I requested a refund & they began a game of stalling, requesting pics of the shoes, then requesting pics of the size on the shoes. They continued to respond with one liner emails such as "size 44 is equal to size 10" Its not ! Email after email all designed to stall me and make me go away. Finally they offered me a $8 refund on a $35 purchase. This is a chinese co although they ship from California. They give you no contact info other than their email address.
SCAMMERS. BEWARE.

They advertise these sneakers having good arch support. They have NO arch support and feel like cardboard. You would be better off wearing the box.

The shoes came fairly quickly especially since they came straight from China. When they arrived I opened the package, witch was just a plastic bag, examined the shoes for about 2 minutes and threw them straight into the trash. I would give them less than 1 star if possible. Plastic junk from China. Almost all shoes are made in China including my $250 Red Wing boots, my Merrell hiking shoes and casual shoes but I have not seen anything this lousy anywhere except the toy isle at Walmart.
My time is too valuable to even try to return them.
Lesson learned !!!!!

They never answer your emails. I have sent 6 or 7 requests for a return address. No response

Recently ordered two pairs of shoes on March 4th (New Zuodi All-New Good Arch Support shoes) from the promotional offers online. Unfortunately, the shoes very much lack arch support nor does it have adequate inner sole, which were less than 1/8-inch. After wearing them for an entire day at work for two days, my feet were so sore, after each day, as if I had walk barefooted/flatfooted on concrete floor all day. Needless to say, I bought extra inner soles arch support approved by the podiatry medicine association. It was a waste of money and don't plan to order again nor would recommend anyone from purchasing these shoes. Would appreciate hearing from a company representative to inquire return/refund policy.

Waited two weeks for my shoes as they had to come from china! Then when they showed up they were the wrong color! I ordered teal and I ended up with bright neon yellow! Asked how they would fix it and no one is answering me now!
UPDATE:: for $10 they will send me my correct shoes and I can keep the yellow ones.

These d*mn shoes arrived yesterday in a bag without any shoebox, recept ,packing slip or anything for these cheap shoes! Don't waste your time and money!!!!

I ordered 2 pair of these orthopedic walking shoes in January, we are approaching March and nothing. From reading other reviews I'm feeling I'm getting nothing. I did email the company and the response was 2 to 12 "working days" for delivery. I can't imagine anyone getting 5 star anything from these people. Don't lose your money like I did.

So I saw these shoes on AOL, liked them and asked on their site if they made a Steel Toe or Composite version because I work on my feet all day and I was looking for something lighter than a boot. This was their response.

I'm not sure of why I'm receiving this what appears to be a disrespectful response? I saw your shoes, like them and inquired if there were any composite versions because I stand on my feet all day and have to have a safety type version. Not sure what you read but that's OK, I guess they weren't meant for me to buy or pass on any future info to others regarding them. You Have a nice life also.

Ordered Two pairs December 20, 2022, to date I have not received anything even though my credit card was changed the cost of two pairs. Obviously these people have no scruples.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on Sept 30, 2022. The order came in 2 shipments a month later. I have always had trouble with my feet, so when I saw this website I thought the items would help me. I wore each pair for a whole day and my lower back, hips, and shoulders had me hurting so bad. I tried to contact the company in order to get customer service to request a Refund and for an address so I could return the items. After 3 tries I contacted Paypal for help. I GOT messages from MQQ then! Mean ones! I spent $141.00 for these items and All I wanted was to return them and get my money back. I was told in their messages It would cost me more to send them back and offered me $30, on each message I recieved I was offered more or less than the other time, the last message I recieved from MQQ "demanded" I cancel my dispute for a refund through Paypal, I KEEP the items and THEN they would send me $50 for my trouble...I wrote back to them on Dec 1, 2022 stating I had canceled the claim and I would keep the items and requested my $50. I have NOT gotten another message from them. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! the shoes are just thrown together with no insoles, arches, etc.

I ordered 1 pair of shoes because my husband has extreme foot pain and I thought the shoes would help. And I never received my shoes I ordered. So I have to say this company is a SCAM do not buy from here!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

I received my order of 3 pairs of tennis shoes which came in at an improper size. I specifically ordered size 42 and they are all 43mm which according to the national shoe size chart are 9 &1/2 not a U.S. size 9. The stitching above the toes are rough and would cause a blister if worn. I wrote for authorization more than 3 weeks ago to return them for credit, yet no response from the company has occurred. These are BO Bo's. The insole is nothing like advertised. Ships from China took 17 days to get here. From now on if I can't order my online purchases from Amazon or Ebay I wont order.
