not a good one. no salary on time and still my salary is pending with them. trying to contact them but no response from the management.

Please don't fall for these fake people. Mohammad Omar +91 9391079942 called me in the month of FEB 2024 to offer a good salary job. He told that he is from Mpowerplacement.com. He told me to pay US $ 350.00 as a service charge to arrange an interview the high salary jobs within my area. Since, I was jobless during that period, I initially negotiate to pay US $ 200.00.
Later, their team contacted me & revised the format of my CV. I received numerous emails form
Support Team to confirm to send my application to different companies but there was a line mentioned "upon getting shortlisted, the further hiring process will be directly handled by the client and their respective HR teams."
That means, MpowerPlacement.com will only send your CV but they will not arrange any direct interviews.
MPowerPlacement sent my cv to numerous companies and got ZERO response. When I asked for the refund, they gave me below breakdown:
Total Amount paid: 200 USD
Processing Fee: 36 USD
Resume writing: 89 USD
Background verification: 59 USD
Total: 184 USD
Amount to be refunded: 16 USD

When I signed the contract, none of the above cost was mentioned. While drafting my CV in the new format, it was not also mentioned in all the email communications. Since, SEP 2024, I am chasing for the refund and their response is too late.

This company is a FRAUD
This company is a scam. They call you and tell you they found your profile online looking for a job and after reviewing, they have a job that will fit you well, but you must pay them to prepare documents and act on your behalf. They pretend to prepare your documents after paying them, but then they send you adverts for jobs every week without knowing for which job you are qualified for. They are just randomly typing adverts and pretending to send your CV out. This will go on for about 2-3 months, and then gradually you do not hear from them again. It's a total scam and a waste of time and money.

This is a scam. Susan Thomas mentioned that a senior managerial role is awaiting and I match the criteria, but after the payment of USD 708 she does not reply. The CR is just fake. They never reply or call back. Customer service is null. Lot of promises but nothing real.
When I asked for my money, they start pretending and find excuses like people are on vacation, it is festive season, etc. mpowerplacement should be banned and all the employees and owner should be jailed. They steal people money. They only want money for free.

Employer (or its Agent) should not ask you to pay a fee for speaking or engaging with you! Employers pay respectable recruiting companies to head hunt and engage with candidates.
Only when a contract is signed that a recruiter may get a fee from the candidate...
