Easy transfer to them from TalkHome. Professional but the only thing I didn’t like was that the first months payment of the new sim starts when one pays for it, not when one begins to use it. In my case I paid for a week it took to deliver the sim.

Simple and easy process. Very pleased with the sim and connection.

If I could give no stars I would. Awful experience. Ordered a SIM only package for a work phone which I needed asap, that was on the 20th May, I received the order confirmation email within minutes stating to expect the SIM to arrive within 3-5 working days. It is now 3rd June and still no sign of it. I emailed customer service on the 28th may- no reply plus spoken to an advisor, 2 days ago who said he would get back to me, he has not. I am now stuck not knowing whether to order through another company or continue to wait in case I am charged for the contract under Mozillion. When you try the complaints department it goes in a loop with no direct form to fill in. This is completely unsatisfactory.

Update: A refund was eventually given after 1 month.
I bought a travel eSIM on the 3rd of May but never received it. The online dashboard still shows the order as 'pending' a month later. I called the support line and was told they would send the eSIM email link as a priority, but that never happened. I filled in their 'contact us' form to ask for an update, but got no reply. At this point I suspect this is a scam website.

I've been with Mozillion since March and it's been great with excellent reception but this week I lost all service and was left with just WiFi calling. I phoned customer services and with in a couple of minutes spoke with Douglas who emailed over details of a network reset for my iPhone. It didn't solve the problem and emailed him back, he responded almost instantly with details of how to manually select the Mozillion network on my iPhone.... BINGO I was back in business. Great customer service and support thanks to Douglas.

Great, easy transfer

I cant fault Laura in any way. She was so helpful and sorted out a difficult problem efficiently and with a short space of time - I though it would take days and it too hours!

The porting of my existing number went well, on the pre-notified date, and I was notified on completion. Happy with the service so far and my wife may also transfer.
