A store that prefer to borrow your money
I tried to make a purchase on that online store twice, both times the money was withdrawn from my card, but MOYO claimed that they did not receive the money and immediately cancelled the order. They offered to return the money in two weeks. However, I managed to get a return receipt from them, which indicates that the payment was successful and the store is engaged in some kind of fraud. The support service writes off with formal phrases and simply tried to shift the blame to my bank. My payments were returned by the bank' efforts only, MOYO refused to return it both times.
