With my two teas with the Pincha I had not good luck today. I don´t know why I like some teas not so like the quality is. But Moychay seems too be a great experience when I think about a new daytrip after some days of my last tea trip. Tea ceremonies are more than the tea quality. I bought two very good daily red teas and a new pitcher. Environment, tea ware. The high light was the new pop up store where I get a sneak preview and meet a tea nerd there. That will hopefully a great tea experience summer in Amsterdam with some different environment. But Rozengracht visit is a duty in Amsterdam, especially when there are rare tea tastings or special events like tea day or premium chocolate.

Hello! Thank you for the opportunity to receive such wonderful tea within the EU. I’ve already started opening and trying it, and the quality is excellent.

However, I’d like to honestly share my delivery experience, which wasn’t ideal. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed and rescheduled several times. In the end, instead of the expected 2–3 business days, it took 5 (or 7 including the weekend). I understand that UPS operations are beyond your control, but I found myself in a situation where I could only wait.

The box also arrived somewhat damaged, and as a result, the cardboard tea packaging was affected as well. Fortunately, I ordered it for myself rather than as a gift, and the tea inside the bags was, of course, intact. Still, I would kindly ask you to consider more protective packaging in the future to account for rough handling during delivery.

In any case, I’ll be happy to order from you again.

Overall, I’m really impressed — the products are high quality, the packaging is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. Everything looks very professional and well done.

I’ve ordered hardware. Very clear and informative website. The assortment is super. One of the things I bought was glass tea pot with infuser - I’m in love with it! Tea drinking got to a new level. The quality of the goods is superb, every item exactly as expected or even better.
I also got complimentary set of 3 kinds of tea, which was great surprise. But even more was pleased with the quality of tea - I certainly know where I’m going to buy it now.

I ordered a beautiful teapot for pu-erh and got the fastest delivery. All arrived safe and sound within 4 days from the Netherlands to Switzerland, incredible <3
