Purchasing my first pair of skates to surprise my daughter for her 13th birthday and yesterday I find out my package was delivered to the wrong address Moxi had one address on file and ups apparently had another spent the whole day trying to contact Moxi customer service because I took a big leap buying two pairs of skates I have yet to speak to anyone about my issues and I’m really hopping Moxi comes thru for me , I researched for months before I took the step and picked a brand and I loved everything about Moxi but now I’m just nervous that 300$ is gone and my daughter will be disappointed this weekend

This company is so disappointing, the customer service is very poor, the shoes I bought broke after a few wears, and they didn't give me a replacement, I suggest you don't buy from here

They’re so cute BUT I can’t even remember how many times I fell on my face, the toe stops keep falling all, literally couldn’t skate last night as they came off 3 times within an hour. I tighten them with all my weight on it and they just don’t stay in, I’m gonna try some loctite and hope it works otherwise will buy new plates. I’d never buy again. My skates are like 5 months old, they’re Lollies so they’re ridiculously expensive. The boot is fine, the rest is s*** and I so wouldn’t recommend to buy a “complete” buy boot only or another brand.

I purchased the Pink Malibu (collection) for $400. They are super cute, but that is all the positive I can say. I adjusted the skate as advised in the introduction video, but once I adjusted the right skate truck, it squeaks if lean my foot in ANY way. The left one is fine. I contacted Moxie, who told me this was completely normal. Confused, as the other skate doesn't sound like that at all. The only way I was able to silence them was to retighten. Not great solution, but it sounds like an old decrepid skate when i was out skating.

To date, I have only taken it out once, for a 5-mile ride on a paved surface, which only lasted a little over an hour. After this ride, I noticed that the blue on the wheels is rubbed off. Now I understand over time this could fade, but I've only taking it out ONCE for a little over an hour. I contacted Moxie again, and they said that is completely normal and it's just for aesthetics...well yeah...and REALLY?!

They are very good about taking your money, but not so great at understanding you just gave them $400, and so if one skate is squeaky and the colors are coming off the wheels after a one-hour run, then maybe you need to step in and do something. Instead of basically telling someone, oh well.

Do NOT buy from them!!!

communication was terrible, I ordered boots received a shipping notice and the delivery date came and went to only then get an update from UPS that the skates weren't sent to them for 2 weeks. yes during these times time 2 weeks doesn't seem like a big deal and it wasn't. But when you spend that amount of money and the shipper is saying we don't have them and the shop is saying they shipped them...you get a little worried that your money and skates are lost. The skates themselves are awesome this is my 2nd pair of Moxi skates, product is fantastic the communication not so good.

It was a really good choice and also very efficient

Great quality skates but way overpriced! The price has gone up a lot recently and it would be great if skating was made more accessible by not upcharging people so much.

I love the funky pads and can’t wait to use them!

The only thing I've missed is receiving some cool Moxi stickers. Actually if you need any cool drawing ideas my boyfriend and I can help to design a few.

These skates are so cool! We got the yellow Rainbow Riders for my daughter for her 12th birthday and she loves them. They are well made/sturdy and super stylish. Exactly as pictured and they arrived quickly. I highly recommend them!
