They dnt on time.. They need to give the ppl an estimate date

Hey, I order merchandise on sept 4 2026 frm Moxanang.shop and its now Oct 12. Its been over a month and I haven't received my items.. the usps service said it was delivered on the 10th of Oct but I haven't seen nothing yet...they have 2 choices, 1- refund my money or 2- my send my package to me.. This has been a very bad experience for me, do to the fact I had a big event to intend on the 28th of September...
