I booked MovingDay but another cheaper…

I booked MovingDay but another cheaper moving company came as a subcontractor and the moving guys said they help each other out, (had I hired them instead it would have been SEK 2,000 cheaper for me according to the quote they gave me) then there was trouble with the unloading which they "solved" and then after checking the fragile irreplaceable objects they was damaged/broken in spite reminder on phone calls and also on site that these are fragile and pointing them out + that they "padded"the objects themselves, when contacting them after the move they were extremely nonchalant and unpleasant and kept referring to the signed contract and the only reply I got back like a broken record was "we want to be solution oriented"
Its unprofessional from them and lack of transparency.
they would have received a minus rating from me if possible…
A side note is that the first quote they said one price, then when wanting to sign they said something else and ended up with in the end a 4th price so I should have seen the red signs...
