Caution!!!! No service provided - Refuses refund
An absolutely unreliable company! BE CAREFUL!
We booked a car transport from Mallorca to Germany. We had agreed on 30.05.2024 as the loading date for the car and paid the invoice in advance.
After we did not receive any information about the pick up until 01.06.24, we tried to contact the company. But calls are generally not answered and our emails were not answered either.
On 18.06.24 we received the message that a space for our car would finally be available on 19.06.24.
19!!! Days after the contractually agreed loading date. They can't be serious!
We have informed Moviimo that we have already collected the car ourselves and have asked for a refund of the amount paid in advance. That was on 20.06.24. Since then we have not received any reply and of course no refund.
Watch out for this company! You get no service, contact is almost impossible and the money is also lost.
