Efficient
Efficient, organised, reliable and speedy are words I would use to describe this company. I ordered my statue on one afternoon and by the next day it had arrived, well packaged.
This was after a different company had let me down and refunded my money. I can only speak as I find and say thank you to them.

Have purchased from Movie Figures before, been happy with product, packaging and delivery each time. Was happy to find they had 1 left of a figure I was looking for!

Good service
As usual the product was shipped in good order and well received - only comment is that the product that was delivered doesn't fully match that which was advertised on the site, some of the parts was not included.

Liara T'Soni Dark Horse Statue
Product was delivered undamaged and in excellent condition. Once they had the item in stock, communication was clear and regular. While there were some delays with the product, this was not the fault of the company, and when contacted their communication was prompt and efficient. I will definitely buy from Movie Figures again.

Most impressive!
This was the first time I had used Movie Figures and I was very impressed.
The price of the figure was good and postage was free even.
Communication while I was waiting for my order was very good and when it was ready, it was sent tracked and packed very carefully and securely. It arrived in perfect condition.

I had a small issue which was my fault…

Great buying experience
Good site - the filters are good for narrowing down the selection to the categories you want. Purchase process is simple, and the information provided is easy to interpret. Nice that in-stock items are sometimes discounted to a reasonable degree. Packaging is good, nothing has ever turned up with even packaging damage.
