Another Victim of Moviecent.com
Same story. Ordered a movie box set early December of last year and never received it. I have a complaint filed with the BBB and plan on filing one with the FBI now that I know that nothing's been done yet.

I got a DVD set as a gift, and it turned out to be a pirated copy. Convincing packaging, but all the discs were scratched and video quality was extremely poor (of those that were actually playable). I contacted the authorized distributor about this, and they told me that it was pirated and that Moviecent is a known bootlegger. Don't feed bootleggers; you're better off finding a torrent.
I placed an order on 12/7/2015 for a set of DVD's, I emailed the company about a week later looking to see if they had been shipped and they said it normally takes 10-20 business days. They changed my order status from processing to shipped on 12/17 and sent me a tracking#. When I checked the number on the USPS website it stated there was only a request for a tracking slip. I still have yet to receive the DVD's. I have emailed the company several times and also called but the number on the website was giving me a busy signal. Well I did get my money back (thank god for my bank). I will be reporting them to the BBB.
I placed an order on December 5, 2015 and never received it. There has been NO communication from them. I have called at least a dozen times and sent multiple emails. I received a "pre-shipment notice" on December 17, but product never actually shipped. My credit card company is investigating, and thankfully they have refunded money while they try to figure out what is going on. Do not buy from this company! I guess they took everyone's money right before Christmas and disappeared.
I ordered two DVD sets and they never sent my order. I sent countless e-mails and they never responded. I had to call my bank and have them reverse the charge. Total nightmare, do not buy anything from them. If it looks too good to be true then it is!
I ordered an item from Moviecent.com on Dec. 7th, 2015. I received an email on Dec. 17, 2015 stating that it was shipped. I have traced it through the USPS and the supervisor stated that they only printed an electronic shipping slip. I have noticed the Better Business Bureau in Atlanta, GA (their headquarters) and sent a certified letter that was cc'd to our attorney.
I have placed this order on December 5th, it is now December 29th and I have yet to receive this order
I have emailed and emailed this company and received little to no response!
