This company is completely unprofessional and engages in shady practices like double brokering. My driver was scheduled to pick up a load at noon but was delayed by about 4 hours due to unforeseen issues. The customer at the pickup location was understanding and had no issue waiting. However, without any notification, the broker sent another driver to the location, effectively double brokering the load and wasting my driver’s time and my company’s resources. This level of mismanagement and lack of communication is unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust or recommend working with them.

They kept to the schedule and took excellent care of my new motorcycle. Very professional!!

Movewheels worked with me to get the service that I was willing to pay. Leo Alexander explained in detail how the process works. The driver was great and very helpful. In the beginning, they will quote you a lower price but the driving companies will determine if they accept the offer based on the demand. However, the process again was clear, and no extra charges after we agreed on a price.

I recently booked a carrier with your company to move a motorcycle from Texas to Las Vegas and had a great experience. Called on Monday and had my RV moved to a new location by 330 pm that day. There were problems with the RV (flat tire and dead battery) Move wheels took care of that too. It could have not gone any better. MOVEWHEELS really got me out off a jam

The car was fine when I gave it to the truck driver with no damage what so ever. When we got the car back the rear of the car had been ran into and it cracked the back bumper pretty bad. It also was smack on the underneath of the car and is leaking oil at the pan severely bad. It is going to cost more to have it fixed than it did to have it transported. So mad right now..

Rob my sales manager is a Great guy to work with! Super friendly and tried every effort to find me a driver. Even though I had to pay more than the original contract, he kept me fully informed and showed apologetic about having to ask for more. Given the nature of the business , i knew I’d have to pay for space. I needed to have to shipped. He kept me informed the entire process. Would use again in a flash. Both the driver and company are great! Driver was super friendly .

My experience from start to finish with Movewheels (transport from Vegas to Boston) was absolutely superb. I experienced the most responsive, communicative, proactive support from Movewheels (was working with Leo). He negotiated the price I wanted for the transport of my car and scheduled it within one hour of speaking to him; contracting was quick and easy, and also very clear (how much I would pay when car initially picked up by carrier and when car reached destination); and there were both written and verbal directions at every step of the way. Leo maintained excellent contact with me every step of the way to insure my satisfaction with pickup, transport and retrieval of the car. I will recommend Movewheels to everyone who needs to transport car and will definitely use them again for short or long distance transport of vehicles.

Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a fool out of yourself

Rob was 5star. He knew I was stuck on the highway for hours and jumped in and got me a tow asap. The tow however was 90 mins late. Still Rob never left me hanging on the highway by myself he followed up until I got home safe.
