do not employ this company
This is the Brisbane based company run by 'Jack'. The whole thing was a disaster. They quoted an amount then said it would be an hourly rate but the quote would cover it so we paid a deposit. When they arrived, the truck was too small to fit everything in so we had to pay another company to move the dismantled cat enclosure that wouldn't fit. When they got to the destination they only unpacked half and then refused to unpack the remainder until the final bill was paid. The final bill was DOUBLE the quote and there was no negotiation. The remainder of our goods were held hostage until the extortionate double bill was paid. They advertise as being available 7 days a week but 'Jack' would not answer his phone when we tried to clarify things on the Sunday they were withholding goods so we had no choice but to pay it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS. They deliberately and consistently misled a confused and elderly lady
