DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL ROB YOU!!!! The representatives on the phone are so rude, cut you off, and talk over you while treating you like absolute crap.

I am unfourtlatley having to start the process of suing this company.

I spoke with Arnold on the phone who initially helped us book our unload only service. I explained to him how we are moving from out of state and we are looking for a company who could be a little flexible on our move in date as we were driving 18 hours. He promised me the world and that on the day of my move in, I could call and let them know our arrival time and they would accommodate. NO cancellation policy or other policies were spoken about at all on the phone, ON A RECORDED LINE so I have PROOF!

Long story short I was lied to and taken advantage of. $250 has been taken from me and I will FIGHT BACK to get my money because I was LIED to and promised the world so he would get my card number and take my money.

These guys are jerks and do not give a damn about anyone but their greedy selves. Do yourself a favor and hire a small company that actually cares and will render services as promised.

PLEASE, listen to the 1000+ ONE star reviews they have on their yelp, google review and do NOT use them.

Unethical scammers!!! This was a horrible experience. Do not use! Do a little research and look at the negative reviews, this tells the true story. They ruined my bedroom set by shattering the pillars, they did not come with tools to take apart the bedroom set despite my confirmation, nor were they smart enough to figure it out, they stole a brand new iPhone, and one of the guys had diarrhea and spent 20 minutes three separate times in the bathroom at $160 per hour. It took me 45 minutes to get to the Final Destination yet it took them 2 hours. They said traffic yet we left at the same time. They charged me time and a half and double time, the entire experience taking 11 hours to move a bedroom set and and a desk with small armoire and about 25 boxes. One guy stayed on the truck while the other one moved the furniture into the house so it was like I had one mover. I filed a claim while they were still moving my furniture. They never followed up and yet when my bank reaches out about the damage they declined to cover.

If there's zero star rating it would be the rate.

The whole experience with them was just horrible. I would have to file legal action against this company. Please spare your time and save yourself some head ache and chest pains.

They are insane crazy greedy about the deposit but can't deliver the service correctly and promptly.

This company needs to close down.
1) they didn’t arrive at a promise time

2) they delivered my 52” tv with a missing stand. I had to buy wall tv mount - for which It should have not happened/

3) they lost part of my bed. I am sleeping at my new house on the floor because my bed is no longer usable in any ways or forms.

4) they folded my sleep number bed mattress and eventually split them into 2.

That’s a $3,000 worth of mattress. I am extremely livid about this. They offered to compensate me $100 for the damage done. It’s an insult to be honest.

5) they returned my dining table disassembled and the crew wasn’t notified that they had to put it together. They have no tools with them. So they left my table with no legs.

It’s awful. Infuriating. I am livid. Beyond mad. But they kept calling me when they needed the deposit when I told Gilbert the sales person that I am with a dying patient.

Very disrespectful.

Highly unprofessional company. I would advise readers of this review to not go to this company. They did my move on June-01 from Irvine to Eastvale. In that process, they damaged my appliances and charged my card against my consent. They are non-responsive to settle my damage claim a month after it was caused.

They did not show up on my moving day! They kept postponing the time on the move day and eventually they said that they can’t make it today! Even though we book them 1 month in advance. They caused us so much damage. Worst experience ever. We end up getting a haul and move ourselves last minute.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. Valuable furniture was stolen when I left to go get the movers a lunch, they damaged no less than five separate pieces of other furniture, including a new dining room table, a beautiful mirrored credenza (shattered the mirrored glass), a desk and dressers. Then they offer pennies on the dollar for reimbursement. They will quote you one price, force you to sign waivers and additional costs during the move process when they know they have you locked in, then run your credit card without your approval at drop-off. Oh, and they don't re-install the furniture that they break down, like bed frames, so you're stuck with that. Just a nightmare company.

We got a referral from our friends, and did not regret it. I give this company our highest recommendation.We hired them last weekend to move us from an apartment to a three-story townhouse. The movers were punctual, unfailingly polite, and efficient. All of our furniture was carefully packed in our apartment, and it arrived in perfect condition and in record time. They were able to neatly disassembled our beds and they assembled our beds at our new location. The three workers worked tirelessly to ensure the job done as efficiently as possible. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. I am very happy with their service!

This is the third time I have used Move Central for a move and each time has been a breeze. First, they show up when they say. Second, their policies and pricing are clearly given so there are no surprises. Third, the guys are hard working and are very helpful.
There is that old saying “you have a friend in the business “ and I feel this company fits that description. Nice to know you have someone you can call and trust with your move. Thanks guys, again!

This mover has earned its rating and reviews! We moved across the country last year with pods and Move Central got us from the poss to our rental. Now we have bought a new house a year later and used this company again. They are amazing, so professional, efficient and incredibly nice. We have moved do many times across country and back and also so many local moves, but this company is really the best.
I had a very positive experience with Move Central. Couldn’t ask for better service!

My wife and I were very fortunate to have the excellent moving skills of Donald, Edward and Jay when we moved from our apartment in San Diego to our first house. The great experience started a few days before the move when the company called to do a quick pre-move follow-up. They confirmed our move date and time, whether or not we needed packing help, and a few minute details. We were scheduled to move at 7am and the crew showed up at 6:45 to start settling up, which is perfect in my book!
I was impressed at the lengths they went to wrapping our furniture and moving it. All of the furniture was covered in cloths and wrapped before being taken out of the apartment.All three of the movers were professional, easy to get along with, and helpful. I couldn’t be a more satisfied customer.

I can’t say enough about how professional and above-and-beyond this company was during my recent move.

Enos, Freeman and Hamzah were not only hard workers, but a pleasure to have around. As dreadful as moving may seem, these guys made it the complete opposite. It didn’t matter if my mattresses or couches didn’t fit in the elevator, they would walk it down the stairs, or the garage for that matter. They took all of my furniture, boxes, and bags to my new apartment safely and soundly.

I initially chose this company last year to help move my father from one Assisted living facility to another and I was extremely impressed with their competence, timelines, and friendly demeanor.
So, I called them again for my major move out of the house I’d been living in for 11 years and into a new home. Once again, they were spot on! They completely reduced my anxiety and stress, they didn’t make me feel like my objects were a hassle to move and they continually checked in with me to see how I was feeling! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone moving, whether It’s a large job or a small one, they make sure it gets done right!!

I called this company and felt so comfortable with their professionalism. They called to inform me that they were on their way and were even early. I was very, very impressed by the Move Central three man moving crew, they were a dream come true, exceptional people. They were on time, very polite and professional. They really, really hustled every step of the way, literally jogging to get to the next piece. They worked very hard from the time they arrived on site until they departed the drop off location. They also seemed to be having fun, laughing and joking with each other while never missing a beat, they had very good chemistry. I am recently retired and a former manager and if I would have had any business cards I would have been passing them out, recruiting all three of them for my former agency, their work ethic was that impressive to me. I would highly recommend this company for any move you may be considering, they have outstanding personnel and the service the provide is exceptional.

The movers were awesome.
My move from San Diego to Irvine could not have gone more smoothly. Enos, Hermo and Brandon arrived exactly on time, everyone was courteous and conscientious, and they completed my move in 5.5 hours.
From start to finish working with this company was amazing. I picked them because they were highly rated. The reviews were true; from the office staff to the driver and his helpers the experience was excellent. There were no hidden costs either.

If we could give this company 6 stars, we would. Seriously. They are that good. From our first conversation and quote from Erik all the way to the conclusion of the move, things ran efficiently and impeccable. Everything he said would happen... did!
I had a great experience with Move Central. We used their packing and moving service and were very happy with the quality and speed the workers did their tasks.
I requested a quote online and Erik help me understand the whole process and what each charge related to.
Moving is generally not fun but the crew really reduced our stress by being prompt and professional while dealing with moving across the valley into a condo.
I hope to not move for some time but when that time comes my only call will be to this company. Thanks!
