Callum and motto was an unbelievable help to our business. Set up and running within a week, great clear communication and the most efficient work. Best terminal provider we have dealt with. Recommend to all 10 star service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great service

Amazing service from start to finish, Micheal and Callum where very efficient and made things easy. The terminals came within 2 days. Will be recommending them to others.

Great customer service

We received a call from Motto asking if we would consider their services.

Normally I don't have time for sales calls however after speaking to Brian Amariri I have to admit I was won over.

We are not in a position to use card machines at the moment however we are scheduled in with our rates secured at a time to suit me and I was also assured I would not be hounded with catch up calls.

Of which i can factually say is legit so on that note when we go ahead I will be calling Brian directly and going ahead.

He is a credit to Motto if only all sales reps where this easy and likeable.

Thanks Brian 5* superstar 😎

Great Service and Communication

Great service, works just as explained and as it should. Even better is the communication we have with Motto - Callum in particular is a pleasure to work with, and always happy to help.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Application subbmited in March by 19th June no update. The excuses range from staff leaving their employment and not finishing the job so the whole process had to start from the begining to blaming anyone else. They rarely answer the phone or emails. If there is this many problems before we even start to process any payments goodness knows what would happen with our money. My organisation has been trading for over 25 years and have never come across such shoddy customer service. Shame on you Motto

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service.
Constantly had to chase our account manager for progress updates throughout the entire process. At the end of the process then told that the application had not been successful.

Tread carefully still not 100% sure this isn't a scam

Absolute hopeless they failed to…

Absolute hopeless they failed to complete our application and integration with our website. After many emails going back and fourth and messages left for the account manager Callum who never returned our calls we gave up. Now looking for an alterative company that can provide a professional online payment service defiantly wouldn't recommend!

Friendly, efficient and reliable

We have found the team at Motto to be efficient and helpful - they answer the phone in person and you can be sure of being able to talk to someone who can deal with any queries and offer help and advice without having to stay on hold or talk to a machine. A breath of fresh air. We are a small business and still feel valued and looked after. Thank you Motto.
