I recently purchased a quad from Motoworld Letterkenny and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. A special thank you to Rachel at reception, who was so welcoming, friendly and helpful. She made everything easy and was a pleasure to deal with. A big thank you also to Kevin in the sales department- professional, knowledgeable and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Fantastic customer service all round. I would highly recommend this business and will definitely return in the future.

Charged 50 euro extra than quote for a tyre

Motoworld quoted me €179 for a new rear tyre. I dropped the loose wheel off to be changed and asked my wife to collect it for me the following day, I then find out they charged her €229 euro.
I went into motoworld after work asking why, and was told it was a 50 euro fitting fee (I've never been charged a fitting fee in all my years riding, also I took the wheel off for them already), I told them if they would have told me before hand I would have taken my business elsewhere. I was pretty much told "tough luck that's the way it is" by the horrible customer service, the lad admitted he quoted me 179 and just walked away leaving the girl to deal with it. I asked for a 50 euro refund and to be charged the original price quoted and was told no, so I said I would be returning the tyre and taking my old one back. I was then told I would be charged again to return the tyre, ridiculous and infuriating.

Absolute joke of a company. I have a recording of the conversation with the employee admitting to qouting me €179 and I will be taking this matter further, legally if I have too.

You never once mentioned 50 euro for fitting, you didn't give invoice, you simply charged my wife 50 euro extra when she collected the tyre. You qouted me 179 on the phone and that was it. You didn't balance anything ether as I took the tyre off myself. I was in the store already and you refused to even take the tyre back and had the cheek to try charge me to return the tyre. Il see you in court

I feel like ive been Robbed…

6 months on now after purchasing 2 expensive electric cars/jeep from Motorworld. Had issues straight away. But the biggest issues was trying to get them to do something about it. Lies, lies and more lies. I called and left messages, being constantly told we'll ring ya back or we are waiting from supplies or stores... I could order a new car faster... Following a review already on Google they contacted me straight away and apologised and went on to say they would sort it but guess what I'm STILL waiting.... Dont and I mean Dont waist your time and effort guys going to these guys.... I've being biking all my life and a member bike groups and this is definitely not a place I would recommend to any1 I know..... I have all the call details , messages and emails recorded and shortly be releasing a tiktok video to highlight the carry on..... total robbery.....

Dissapointed With Overall Work

I put my motorcycle in for some work. Involving oil and filter change, break pads, clutch throttle cables, valve clearance, coolant change , gear bushings, rear tyre, heated grips, replaced my originals worked except one didnt heat up, thought just a wire issue, remove broken engine bolts, It was with them for 2 months. I had read reviews beforehand, not all good , but thought I would try as they were closest to me. Joe assured me his mechanic was meticulus. I stated I wanted all safety checks completed as I often take my daughter and partner out on the bike. Emphasised Safety. After 2 months collected bike €1148. Got bike home no coolant in bike, fairing bolts x2 missing, x1 loose. This has made me consider getting all the work rechecked independently as confidence has been lost. Quality control checks appear poor. Joe was pleasant throughout, he did say bring it back and he would check it. I live an hour away and work !!! The two young shop floor lads, also very helpful. I definitely will NOT use again lesson learned at €70 phr labour !! For poor performance.

We got a dune buggy of moto world for my boy from Santa. We had a little trouble Xmas day with it but emailed them and they got back to us straight away we were advised to do a few things to see would that work. But it didn’t. My boy was so disappointed he couldn’t use it over the Xmas holidays. But we eventually had some luck from the help of English Joe from moto world. And the buggy is brilliant my son is in it every single day after school. I found Joe and his team very helpful and eager to help us sort the issue. Witch they did in the end. They were extremely helpful and great customer service. Thanks again Joe.

Poor customer care with no apparent…

Poor customer care with no apparent interest in actually being helpful. No reply to emails inquiring about a potential purchase of Givi engine cage for one of my bikes. You would think, seen as they are a Givi stockist, that they would be interested helping me make an expensive purchase. But no! they can't be bothered to reply. Better to try a small independent dealer who has an interest in their business and customers. will not be using in the future!

Friendly staff but don't actually want to help you. Claimed gloves and helmets where not made in other sizes but speaking to the companies and going on their website showed otherwise. They say that they have a customer service and online chat but no one ever replied even though I attempted to message them several times and went to several stores in the southern part of the Philippines for a 2 months.
