Awful experience. Found a van online that I liked, spent the best part of 5 hours travelling down to Bedford to collect (they knew exactly when I was coming). When I arrived I was told the van was "on its way" so was made to wait in the office for over an hour.

When the van finally arrived it was in a poor state, the bodywork was awful and the side-door was non-functioning. Not too big of a deal. They also spent another 30 minutes cleaning the van (bare in mind I'd been waiting there for ages).

Cut a long story short, the van was an absolute heap of junk. How it magically passed its MOT (that day) with zero advisories is completely beyond me.

The van needed a new clutch, it had a split cv boot, it had the aux belt tensioner missing, the DPF had been completely gutted and remapped, the turbo was leaking soot as was the EGR.

All in all an absolutely awful experience from beginning to end. The only slight positive was that they came to collect it.

Purchased a van today, which I’m very happy with and got the price down. Would highly recommend this company.

I ve collected the van on a sunday, they ve arranged the collection at our closest branch on our favourite day and time.
We got a great deal, and an amazing customer service before and after the purchase.
Very happy with the van and their support, and i would definetely recommend this car/van dealer.
