I have been trying to get my vehicle returned to me since early september this year since an accident which damaged it enough to wish it "put right".
I have been on the receiving end of a stream of excuses//fairy stories/lies since then and today I found myself on the front end of "THREE "EXPERTS" shouting at me because I refused to sign a "satisfaction" sheet (DUH !) and complained that they had not completed the work to a satisfactory degree,
I have still not collected the vehicle and the insurers
who are expecting to have to settle a large bill (Against my advice) are trying to sort out a mess of the most gargantuan proportions, How can firms carry on a "BUSINESS" like this and shake down the
motoring public in this way ??,they even demanded a £100.00 excees which I paid eight months ago i,saying that I could not leave with the vehicle until I
had paid it ,,,,,AGAIN ! EXTORTION ?????.
Why does the trading standards office allow people to trade like this ?.
IF you have a vehicle damage problem and you are
unfotunate to be in INVERNESS when this happens,,
TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE !,,,, all lazy disorganised,incompetent, self satisfied" bludgers" a
good Aussie word I picked up when competing on the Londo/Sydney Marathon (the real one) in 1969.

This has to be one of the most smoothest of sales of my car ever . Thomas went out of his way in every aspect of this sale , from my first contact and for Thomas coming to Cornwall to pick the car up. He kept me informed all the time of the process right down to the exact time of picking the car up ,very knowledgeable and honest , nothing was to much trouble. Well what can I say, I drove past this dealership on the off chance they were looking to buy a car. Jack was an absolute diamond! So lovely to deal with very knowledgeable and knew what he was on about! Without me even saying yes to selling my car he was offering me help to source a new one and even offered me a lift home or to collect the car from my home address so I had no hassle! I went back today and sold my car in 4 minutes it was gone and I could never be happier! Honestly if you are looking to sell your car I would 10000000% recommend these guys! They gave me a reasonable price which was higher than 99% of the other dealers I went too! Really amazing company would recommend to everyone thank you Jack xx
