International postage cost too high.
Excellent product from a reliable and professional company. But small packages that could be sent in an envelope are sent in a box full of packaging. This is frustrating when doing a restoration as one cannot order pieces as needed due to the slow postage and exorbitant price.

You’re absolutely right regarding the packaging – this feedback is important to us. For some items we currently default to box shipping due to transport damage and tracking issues, but we clearly need to find a better balance, especially for small parts and for customers working on time-sensitive restorations.
We’re already reviewing:
more suitable small-format packaging,
reduced filler material,
and better combined shipping options to lower costs and speed things up.
