This is how all motet dealers should be , a good range of quality cars , no hard sell and i was looked after very well , the lady went out off her way to make sure i understand the proses which went well , I would easily recommend

A good selection of cars to view locally and a much wider option available on line. There is a charge to get a specific car delivered but this is refundable.
Overall our purchase was a good quite smooth experience, but was slightly let down by having to deal with different staff almost each time we visited.
Nice coffee though.

My recent purchasing experience was deeply disappointing due to a severe lack of communication and poor staff service across your Newport and Swansea branches. There was no proactive communication, staff members vanished without handovers, and local management was dismissive of urgent logistical issues right before my delivery date. It felt as though nobody cared about the customer's basic needs once the payment was on the horizon. Motorpoint must drastically improve its inter-branch coordination and customer service standards to prevent buyers from being left completely in the dark.

Buying a vehicle from Motorpoint feels exactly like eating at a cheap buffet restaurant—there is absolutely zero service, and you are entirely on your own. People think you get a bargain here, but you pay a massive price in hidden frustration and total neglect.
Even on my collection day at the Newport branch, after completing the vehicle inspection, the reception staff told me to wait in the café area. I sat there for a gruelling 40 minutes, completely ghosted. No one came to see me, no one checked in, and no one cared. Meanwhile, I could see multiple members of staff wandering around the showroom floor doing absolutely nothing. In the end, I had to physically approach a random employee myself to ask if anyone was actually going to process my transaction. Only then did they finally start working on my paperwork.
I have previously bought cars through competitors like Cazoo and Carwow, and the difference is night and day. Both of those companies proactively provide a complimentary 5 to 7 days drive-away insurance policy, giving buyers a safe, stress-free window to arrange their annual cover after taking delivery. Motorpoint provides absolutely nothing.
To top it all off, a £26k+ vehicle doesn't even come with basic floor mats. When I finally drove away, the only thing protecting the floorboards of my new car were a few cheap sheets of trade paper that a salesman put on the floor.
Motorpoint’s customer service standards are frankly pathetic. The level of administrative incompetence and sheer laziness across their Newport and Swansea branches is staggering. I will never buy a car from this company again, and I would strongly advise my friends and family to stay well away. An utterly dreadful experience from start to finish.

Staff were friendly, the whole process was very smooth. Very happy with our car. Would highly recommend.

No pressure to buy a repair is needed on my jeep i was phoned within a week and a date was arranged

All was good generally. However, it took over 2 weeks to get a car transported to our local motor point. I would have expected more communication regarding delivery but we had to ring for information. The staff were really good. KIRAN and Aisling were great.

Callum was excellent. Not pushy at all and really helpful.
