I purchased an MG HS Trophy for cash and a part exchange on the 25/6/26. Firstly the bumper was needed a repair and the rear tyre pressure warning light was on the dash when I was driving out the Branch. The steering wheel also was off centre. I returned to the Branch the next day and left my vehicle for the bumper repair. The tyre pressure warning then returned the next morning. I called and was told to visit Kwik Fit as they had an account with them. The rear tyre was found to have a screw and a nail in it. I had to then wait until given the ok by Motorpoint to have the replacement done and the steering alignment done also. I eventually got authorization to have the steering done. I had to return the next day as the steering was still off. I wrote to Motorpoint and documented all the issues and my treatment and still they haven't answered me. They took my money and sold me a carr that quite clearly wasn't prepared properly. They allowed me to leave the Branch knowing full well the warning sign was on the dash about the punctured tyre. I've now dealt with about 6 different people since the day I expressed interest in buying the vehicle. and it's not even 2 weeks since I drove it out the Branch. Now they haven't even responded to my complaint. I certainly wont be dealing with them again. The Motorpoint today isn't the Motorpoint I used to deal with. Absolutely shocking and customer service has been scandalous. Stay well clear!

Dreadful signed in for 4 years, salesman didn’t do anything, £1200 commission (has to be disclosed nowadays), completely ignored my emails as did the company, I signed for the car my problems my issues, their expert mechanics could not see scratches, paint missing, holes so my fault my bad never shop here again simply not good enough
I went to the Ipswich branch after seeing car on the website I liked. I was greeted by Cameron who was very friendly and helpful. He arranged for the car to be transferred to Ipswich and contacted me when it arrived. I went down to take a look and was pleased with my choice and made the purchase. For this I was helped by Declan who again was was helpful and friendly. I found everything from start to finish really straight forward.

I visited Motorpoint in Portobello on Saturday 13 June. The showroom was recommended to me by a friend for the low-pressure support that they received to find a car. The saleman who welcomed me, Lewis Threlfall, could not have been more helpful. He gave me lots of support, provided useful information and listened to what I was looking for without an agenda. I had full freedom to look at the cars that interested me and take my time.
